Lohan’s Robbing Era ?

Remember a million years ago, back in 2008, when Lindsay Lohan was accused of stealing someone’s fur coat from the downtown Manhattan club 1Oak? If you don’t remember that, I want to know how much the rent was under that rock, because it sounds like a nice place to have lived. But yes, there was a whole drama involving Lindsay Lohan, a fur coat, and the nightclub 1Oak. I don’t think it was ever satisfactorily resolved—Lindsay was sued by the coat’s owner and then who knows what happened after that—but it’s sort of a moot point now anyway. Because Lohan has now had another incident involving a fur coat at 1Oak, a club she is technically banned from. What happened was this: Wednesday night. New York City is full of NFL players as they prepare for Sunday’s Super Bowl bloodmatch. Lohan, smelling wealth and fame like a bloodhound smells murder clues, traveled to the source of the scent and found herself at 1Oak. She was, allegedly, wearing some sort of two-piece fur coat that involved a coat part and a shawl that went with it. A leather coat was involved too somehow. But when she left, she only had the shawl part, her dad Michael claimed in a voicemail he left on the club’s answering machine the next morning.

So where did the other part go? Lohan supposedly called everyone she was with that night to see if they knew, save one Seahawks player, whom she was unable to contact. So she is blaming him for the missing part of the fur coat. But a source tells Page Six that there was no second part to the fur coat and that security footage confirms that. The source says that Lohan was only wearing the leather coat and the shawl, which a friend accidently caught on fire at one point while leaning over the table and dangling it in a candle. What this source is essentially saying, then, is, liar liar, fur shawl on fire. So what the hell happened here? Was Lindsay wearing a two-piece fur coat? Did one piece go missing? Did a Seattle Seahawk steal it, or being that he’s a seahawk did he maybe eat it, thinking it was some sort of prey? We may never know the answer to these questions.

What we do know is simple: Lindsay Lohan should stop involving herself with fur coats in every way. I know she is from Long Island so it is basically in her DNA to associate herself with fur coats, but she should resist her basest instincts whenever possible. It’s really for the benefit of her and everyone around her. And all of us. Everyone on planet Earth would be better off if Lindsay Lohan stayed as far away from anything having to do with fur coats as possible. The second thing we know is that Lohan is definitely banned from 1Oak now. Like, that is a place she seriously cannot go again. No more. She’s had a good run, but it’s over. Well, no, actually, she’s had a terrible run. Being accused of coat theft and throwing things at people and now whatever this latest fiasco turns out to be. Lindsay Lohan has never had a successful night at 1Oak! So why would she even want to go there anymore? The romance is over, OK? It was a bad relationship and now it needs to end. No more 1Oak. No more fur coats. Go to The Griffin in a rain slicker. Stop by TAO in a poncho. Hell, go to Marquee for old time’s sake, wearing a tattered trenchcoat. It doesn’t matter! As long as it’s not fur and it’s not 1Oak, it should be fine.

Heidi Montag’s Plastic Surgery Scandal

Heidi Montag before and after surgery’ has been a Google search for the ages, after the reality star famously had ten cosmetic procedures in one day while starring on the original series of The Hills.

But knowing what we know now about Heidi’s regrets isn’t it time we stopped gawking?

Watching the heart-breaking scenes where Heidi unveils her new face to her mum as a teI don’t remember being particularly phased.

Heidi’s mother Darlene’s evident sorrow at how her baby had not only irreversibly changed her own face but also that she would be led to that decision at all, still holds an emotional punch a decade-plus since it originally aired.

What’s even clearer to see is how much pain a then 23 year old Heidi is in not physically although she has spoken before about the traumatic recovery process and how she nearly died taking the strong pain medication she was prescribed. Her face still slightly swollen from the procedures, crumples as Darlene expresses that she thinks Heidi looked better before.

For a woman so desperate for validation and reassurance that she would risk her life for it, hearing from your own mother it’s all been for nothing would be about as hurtful as it gets, and the conversation led to two years of estrangement between the two.

In 2019, Heidi and her husband spoke candidly about what lead her to undergo such a drastic and potentially dangerous transformation, and her regrets. Spencer explained that she’d even brought along print-outs to the surgeons office of the abuse she was receiving online, to act as a kind of guide.

Everyone’s insecure but it’s different when you’re young and on TV and everyone’s talking about you,’ he told Cosmopolitan. ‘And it’s upsetting that you can go to a doctor and say “Here’s what I hate about myself,” and he’ll say “I can fix that. For free.

And while Heidi, still married to Spencer with whom she now has two children, said she’s ‘not against plastic surgery’, she did say she wishes she’d waited until she was older to go under the knife.

Everyone always shows you the before and after pics,’ she said in the same interview. ‘They don’t show you how devastating the recovery is. I don’t regret a lot of my enhancement, but plastic surgery isn’t something that should be glorified. Take it seriously.

By today’s standards and with the prevalence of filler Botox and other procedures Heidi’s makeover isn’t unusual or even that dramatic there’s loads of reality stars around who are completely unrecognisable from their early days on TV. But at the time, set against the media sexism of the ’00s and early ’10s, her changing face was the tabloid fodder of dreams. There’s an enduring fascination, as the breakout search term ‘Heidi Montag before and after surgery’ proves, but these days there’s also thankfully more sensitivity to the vulnerabilities of a young girl torn apart by the early days of a toxic online shaming culture.

Heidi has not commented on whether she’s had any of those ten fateful procedures reversed, but recently she’s been looking more like herself again, and happier than ever.

Has Heidi come full circle with her surgery journey? Only she knows. But by her own, and her mum’s, admission, she was a confident young woman growing up, and it seems like she’s finally regained some of that confidence after nearly two decades under the glare of celebrity.

anyways stream I’ll Do It xx

Hadid and her friend were then arrested on suspicion of importation of ganja and importation of Utensils used for the consumption of ganja the outlet reports, adding that they were then taken to the Prisoner Detention Centre, where they were released on bail.

Marijuana and equipment for using marijuana were discovered in both travellers’ luggage according to Cayman Marl Road which reported that this happened during the search of their luggage. The quantities were minimal and appeared to be for personal use.

So what do you think about all this I feel like so much is happening like Kylie & Jordyn becoming besties again, Ariana & Dalton breaking up , Gigi getting arrested and now Will.i.am & Britney are dropping a song together for the first time in ten plus years like what’s going on is the new era of pop culture becoming something lol…

Ariana Grande and her husband Dalton Gomez have been separated since January, and they are heading toward divorce says sources connected to the couple.

It was reported that Ariana was not wearing her wedding ring at Wimbledon over the weekend in fact she’s been ringless a lot these days.

We’re told a few months back the two tried a reconciliation but it failed. One source with direct knowledge told TMZ their relationship is heading for divorce.

Ariana and Dalton have been thousands of miles apart since December when she started filming Wicked. Our sources say they were having problems even before that.

We’re told they remain friends and still talk on the phone regularly but according to sources the marriage is kaput.

It was early 2020 when we first saw the two of them making out at dinner at Bar Louie in Northridge, CA. At the time, no one really knew who Dalton was or how serious the couple’s relationship had gotten.

The couple tied the knot in May 2021 in a very private ceremony at Ariana’s home in Montecito.

BREAKING NEWS – Kylie Jenner & Jordyn Woods Spotted Together For The First Time In FOUR YEARS!!!

Hey dolls honestly shook by this breaking news post this is crazy so let’s get into it I love how I’m one only seeing this now and two it’s nearly fucking 4AM lmao but anyways.

Kylie Jenner is giving Jordyn Woods a second chance four years after the infamous Tristan Thompson cheating scandal ruined their friendship and saw the model cast out of the Kardashians’ inner circle.

In new photographs set to shock fans, the billionaire lipkit mogul 25 and the social media model 25 were pictured having dinner together on Saturday night in Los Angeles. Like I literally only saw these now lmao.

The former best friends appeared in great spirits during their catch up, with Jordyn flashing a huge smile while heading to the sushi restaurant with Kylie.

The girls night out is certainly an unexpected twist in their rollercoaster friendship that saw the once inseparable friends ripped apart by a bombshell cheating scandal that played out on reality TV and social media.

In 2019, Jordyn and Khloe Kardashian’s then baby daddy Tristan sent shockwaves after it emerged they had hooked up at a party. Woods later admitted to sharing a kiss with Tristan during a sensational interview with Jada Pinkett Smith on the Red Table Talk, and she fell out of the good graces of the Kardashians as a result of the infidelity.

The kiss also led to Khloe splitting up from Tristan for another time. Infamously, after Jordyn’s Red Table Talk interview aired, Khloe insisted over Twitter, ‘You ARE the reason my family broke up!

So what do y’all think is this them getting back to where they we’re before all of the Tristan scandal ?

Was Kylie missing her who knows anyways the pair did leave together as seen in this photo

For Kardashian & Jenner fans this is crazy I loved watching Kylie’s old E! show and seeing her and Jordyn just living their best lives and honestly I wish them nothing but the best.

PARISEXPOSED.COM

Fifteen years ago the contents of Paris Hilton’s storage locker were leaked online – here’s what was inside.

On August 4th, 2004, Paris & Nicky Hilton were robbed.

The perp, who apparently entered the girls’ Hollywood Hills home by cutting through a screen, got away with a laptop, cash, and more than $100,000 in jewelry. Also missing: several designer bags, a collection of watches, photographs and videotapes. The Post reported at the time that Paris was being blackmailed to keep one tape away from the public. The Globe claimed she was paying as much as $20,000 a month.

While no one was ever charged for the Hilton break-in, the case was initially linked to a series of other celebrity burglaries committed by a man who the police dubbed the “Bel-Air Burglar,” a thief rumored to have been responsible for the robberies of countless stars, including Hilton’s childhood pal Casey Johnson and Malcolm & The Middle’s Frankie Muniz.

The Hollywood rumor mill churned up a more interesting connection, however.

Seven months before the Hilton case Paris’ ex-boyfriend Joe Francis was the victim of a similar crime… but far more twisted.

On January 22nd, 2004, a man entered the Girls Gone Wild kingpin’s Bel Air mansion, and while held at gunpoint, Francis was allegedly videotaped being penetrated by a pink vibrator, pants around his knees, as he mumbled to the camera, “My name is Joe Francis. I’m from Boys Gone Wild, and I like it up the ass.” After several minutes, the grainy tape came to a close and the assailant treated himself to Francis’ Rolex, a Sony video camera, a painting, some Louis Vuitton luggage, and $1,500 in cash, before packing up the stash and driving off in Francis’ Bentley… with Joe bound and gagged in the trunk. The car was left at the gates of Bel Air, where a disheveled Francis was later discovered by security.

It would be over a year before Francis’ assailant would be arrested, and the one responsible would be none other than his ex-girlfriend Paris.

During the 15 months between the break-in and his arrest, the auteur behind the Francis tape, Darnell Riley, would try to extort Francis first for $100,000, then $300,000 and $500,000. That December, after hearing about Riley’s involvement in the Francis break-in during a party, Paris tipped off her ex-boyfriend and the following March Joe identified his attacker in a lineup, but Paris’ involvement in the Francis case would extend far beyond a friendly tip.

Somehow, Francis’ attacker was also in possession of the alleged 12 hours of videotape stolen from Hilton’s home that August. These videos reportedly featured hours of Paris’ sexual escapades with ex-boyfriends Nick Carter and model Jason Shaw, in addition to numerous videos of her using drugs, and the most damaging of them all: a tape in which Hilton calls two black men “dumb n****rs” behind their backs at a nightclub.

While Paris claimed her connection to Riley was nonexistent, and testified during his trial that she never paid her blackmailers a penny, his number would still be found in her sidekick and Riley’s mother Azline Washington even claimed that he was at the Hilton family home a week before his arrest.

As for the 12-hour video marathon, it would eventually surface without Riley’s help… in a scandal inadvertently caused by that same 2004 break-in.

A month before Paris tipped off her ex-boyfriend as to the identity of his attacker, she & Nicky packed their bags and moved out of their ransacked Hollywood pad to a new abode above the Sunset Strip – the home Paris would later be led out of in cuffs less than three years later. During the moving process, the sisters left their personal belongings in a storage locker nearby.

Exactly a year after their move, the 6,000 sq. ft. North Hollywood storage unit would hit the auction block after the scandal-prone heiress forgot to pay a $208 bill.

Hilton would later claim in court papers that she paid for the locker through her moving company, but the movers didn’t make the payments on time and never informed her when her payments were overdue, hence the foreclosure sale in November 2005. For $2,775, the treasure trove of Hiltonabilia would end up in the hands of Nabil & Nabila Haniss, a future star of the reality show Storage Wars.

When Paris caught wind of the sale, she was far from pleased. Her reaction is documented in the cinematic tour-de-force Paris, Not France – a staple of modern documentary filmmaking.

Despite her anger, when Nabila Haniss’ pal and broker David Hans Schmidt, a celebrity porn pusher nicknamed “The Sultan of Sleaze” due to his involvement in nude scandals ranging from Scott Peterson’s mistress to Colin Farrell, waited in line to meet Hilton at the Macy’s Herald Square launch of her fragrance Heiress in June 2006, Paris was all smiles. When he handed her a G-Rated collectible from her storage stash, she asked who to make it out to, to which he responded: “Make it out to, ‘The guy who has my storage locker stuff.’” She diplomatically signed the photo, “To David, Love Paris Hilton xoxo” and arranged to meet up with him back in Los Angeles to discuss buying back her belongings.

A deal, however, never came to fruition.

After pitching the Hilton loot to various tabloids in the U.S. and Europe, all of whom wouldn’t touch it with a 10-foot pole, deeming it “too risque,” Haniss – with Schmidt’s help – brokered a whopping $10 million deal with a mysterious self-proclaimed entrepreneur named Bardia Persa later that year. Haniss’ attorney later claimed in court that the exchange went down like a movie: Persa handed the many millions in cash to Nabila, and she handed him the bag filled with Hilton’s belongings.

After the deal, all was quiet on the Hilton front until January 23rd, 2007 the day a website aptly titled Paris Exposed went live.

The existence of ParisExposed.com was first reported by The Smoking Gun, and the rest of the Internet quickly followed suit. For $39.97 a month, those interested in taking an uncensored look into the life of Paris could dig through the now-digitized treasure trove so what exactly was in that storage locker?

Paris with someone that’s not hot gurl if she looked at me like that I would kms no gonna lie

And all of that is just a fraction of what was leaked!

By the next day, word of the website had spread far and wide, and it even scored a spot on the cover of the Post

Paris’ publicist Elliot Mintz also commented on the scandal, issuing a statement to Page Six about the tapes of Paris’ racist, homophobic, and anti-Semitic comments:

I’m not going to make any attempt to spin this. It happened. I’m not going to deny it happened. Each of us has used words we have regretted later. This was six years ago. She was 20 at the time. It was New Year’s Eve. She had been obviously drinking. She sincerely regrets using those words. She is not a racist or an anti-Semite.

Within a week of the site’s creation, Paris – who was busy filming The Hottie And The Nottie at the time – headed to court to sue its creators, filing a complaint against Haniss and Bardia Persa for copyright infringement and invasion of privacy

And it worked. A Los Angeles judge quickly granted Paris a temporary restraining order, derailing the lurid website from further distributing her belongings, but the damage had been done. The pictures, videos, and prescriptions had already made their way to every gossip website and forum, and even Paris’ house ya her house

But it wasn’t gone for good.

Several months after the site’s demise, it made a comeback as Paris was embroiled in yet another scandal… one she couldn’t escape from

As a distraught Paris prepped for the pokey, ParisExposed.com relaunched for a brief period of time, but shut down again after a glitch in the website accidentally revealed the credit card numbers and identities of nearly 800 of the site’s subscribers, one being “the son of a famous TV news personality.” That’s up for you to guess!

To this day, the identity of the site’s mysterious cash-wielding creator remains a mystery.

And as for the star who built her career off of scandal, Paris Exposed would mark one of Hilton’s last hurrahs, her fame waning significantly by the end of 2007. She’d find comfort in her demise alongside another pal & fellow victim of the website, though… Joe Francis.

While a probation-violating Paris cried behind bars in Los Angeles, her ex-boyfriend fared no better in a Florida jail cell for contempt of court.

As Paris would say That’s hot xx

The Story of Bella Thorne

Bella Thorne was born on October 8, 1997 in Pembroke Pines, Florida. She is the youngest of four children. Thorne, who is of Italian, Cuban and Irish descent originally spoke Spanish as her first language growing up, although she has forgotten it due to not using it. She was diagnosed with dyslexia, and the learning disability was written into the show in the episode “Add It Up”, where it was revealed that her character, CeCe, also suffered from dyslexia.

Thorne’s first film appearance was an uncredited role as a sidelines fan in the 2003 film Stuck On You. She has since appeared in film and television projects including Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Entoruage, The O.C.(as a younger version of Taylor Townsend), the third-last episode of October Road (as Angela Ferilli, the pre-adolescence crush of the main characters; her older brother Remy also guest-starred in the same episode as a younger Eddie Latekka), In 2007, Thorne appeared as a young girl plagued by supernatural visions in The Seer.

In 2008, Thorne starred alongside Christian Slater and Taylor Lautner in the short-lived drama series My Own Worst Enemy, for which she won a Young Artist’s Award for her portrayal of the character Ruthy Spivey; Thorne described her Enemy casting as a major breakthrough as this was the first recurring role in her career. She then appeared in the ten-episode web series Little Monk, which depicted characters from the series Monk as children. In 2009, she filled the role of the vengeful antagonist in the horror film Forget Me Not, along with Kenton Duty.

In 2010, Thorne joined the cast of HBO’s Big Love in its fourth season, replacing Jolean Wejbe in the role of Bill Henrickson’s daughter Tancy ‘Teeny’ Henrickson (though she had actually auditioned for a different role). She also guest starred on Wizards Of Waverly Place, as Max’s girlfriend “Nancy Lukey”. In addition, Thorne took on a supporting role in the family drama Raspberry Magic.

Thorne enjoyed an extensive career as a child model. Since appearing in her first pictorial for a parenting magazine at the age of 6 weeks, Thorne has starred in television ad campaigns for Digital Light Processing, Publix, and KFC, and appearing in print ads for brands including Barbie, ALDO K!DS, JLO by Jennifer Lopez, Kaiya Eve Couture, LaSenza Girl, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, Guess?, Target, Justice, and Mudd for Kohl’s. She also modelled for Sears back to school. In an interview with Seventeen magazine, Thorne described her appointment as the spokesperson for Texas Instruments as her big break, but candidly admitted that she has lost much more projects than she has booked and credited the support of her family for helping her get over disappointments.

Thorne currently co-stars on the Disney Channel sitcom Shake It Up!, (originally titled Dance, Dance Chicago). Thorne plays Cecelia “CeCe” Jones, a dancer with heavy ambitions for a career in the spotlight. The show is a buddy comedy centered around a teen dance show (in a show-within-a-show format) co-starring Thorne and Zendaya.

The multi-camera series began production in Hollywood, California, in July 2010 and premiered on November 7, 2010 on Disney Channel. While she had a substantial portfolio of work in television and film, Thorne had no experience in professional dancing before being cast. After signing onto the show in October 2009, she began taking three dance classes every night.

Originally from Pembroke Pines, Florida, Thorne has been living with her family in California since early 2006. Her interests include dancing, playing soccer, baseball, spending time with her family and playing with her two dogs, a Cocker Spaniel and a wolf hybrid, six cats and a turtle. She also admits to being a collector of hardcover books, listening to 80s music, and using YouTube as a research tool for getting into character. Thorne is an avid supporter of the Humane Society, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and The Nomad Organization, which provides education, food, and medical supplies to children in Africa.

Thorne lost her father to a vehicle accident in 2007. Thorne disclosed her father’s passing (April 15, 2007) in a live interview on the local television talk show “View From The Bay” in December 2008. In 2013 she is chosen to play Renesmee Cullen in the fanfiction in Wattpad ” Renesmee`s twin ” and she plays Charissa in Sims 2 Anorexia in YouTube.

Thorne was diagnosed with dyslexia in second grade. She is currently being homeschooled after previously attending a public school, where she had suffered peer abuse. Thorne improved in her learning after attending a Sylvan Learning center and is currently reading and writing a grade ahead. Thorne also talked about her dyslexia in an April 2010 interview with American Cheerleader Magazine, and explained that she overcame her dyslexia by rigorously reading everything she could find, including the labels of cereal boxes.

In August 2016, Thorne came out as bisexual.

She might be known for her carefree, DGAF attitude today, but when she was on the Disney Channel, five-something years ago, she was kept under strict rules that prevented her from doing something as ordinary as wearing a swimsuit.

The 25-year-old actress—who starred on Disney Channel’s “Shake It Up” for three years—recently opened up about how she was almost fired by the network for wearing a “sexy” bikini when she was 14. In an interview with “Under The Influence ,” a YouTube interview series, Thorne revealed that Disney Channel threatened to fire her from “Shake It Up” for a picture that was taken of her wearing a black, lace-lined bikini.

“I almost got fired,” Thorne said. “Someone took a photo of me in a bathing suit. Yeah, it was a sexy bathing suit. It’s black. It’s got a little bit of fun little lace underneath. My mom picked it out. It was cute.”

Thorne revealed that what kept her on “Shake It Up” was her devoted fanbase, which Disney Channel couldn’t afford to lose. Though she received a pass, the actress also claimed that the network threatened to end her career for real if she made another mistake.

“They said, ‘You’re lucky that Bella has such a fanbase that we can’t afford to fire her at this moment in time. But if she does one more other thing, we will,’” she said.

Thorne is far from the first Disney Channel star to speak out against the network. In an interview , “Girl Meets World” star Rowan Blanchard suggested that Disney Channel tried to silence her and stifle her creativity. Though Blanchard didn’t call the network out by name, her story matches the timeline of how long she starred on “Girl Meets World,” which was roughly four years until the show ended in 2017.

With Thorne and Blanchard’s accounts, as well as the controversy over “High School Musical” star Vanessa Hudgens apologising on the behalf of Disney Channel for her leaked nude photos in 2007, it doesn’t look good for the network. Though it’s important to note that none of these stories are confirmed, we hope that a network with an influence over so many young people knows better than to silence and slut-shame its actors.

Did you know that Bella made $1 million dollars on onlyfans in one day ! Like Wtaf I’m in the wrong industry doll lmao.

So from dating Tana to working on Disney channel to go onto winning teen choice awards Bella truly is one crazy queen she even won a pornhub award back in 2019 it feels like she’s lived 100 different lives and she’s only 25 years old gurl im dead lmao love you Bella xx

My Interview with Bbykocaine

Scroll down for the interview I had with the talented and cut throat Bbykocaine. In this interview we talk about music and their little feud with bimbobrat (rip girl) also got deep and shows a different side to Bbykocaine I asked some juicy questions so scroll down to read our interview. Also I will link her Insta & Spotify down below ok enjoy the interview xx

me: Ready ?

BBy: Im ready mama

me: So what got you into music?

BBy: I’ve always loved music since i was little it was honestly gaga and her visuals that made me love music, but i got into making music in middle school just making stupid rap songs but i kept them private until high school.

me: So would you say Gaga inspired you to make music or was there other artists too ?

BBy: I think gaga’s the fame monster era made me love music but I was definitely more inspired by female rappers to make music, it was artists like rico nasty and bali baby that made me want to start making music.

me: So was it always rapping did you ever wanted to do a full on singing era ?

BBy: I initially only started rapping because I had no experience with making any other genre and I didn’t discover hyperpop until high school and at the time i started female rap was really all I listened to. I discovered hyperpop freshman year and it changed me and definitely made me have a more unique sound.

me: So you collaborated with a couple of small artists who would you say is the best to work with and was there ever someone who was hard to work with ?

BBy: The best artist i’ve worked with is definitely obviously goldilux because we have a good relationship and we’re close and just overall understand eachother’s sound and can take criticism from eachother, honestly working with everyone was fairly easy and simple so i don’t really have any collaborations that were annoying.

me: Lucky you lmao gurl I could name a few but it’s your interview not mine lmao anyways speaking about goldilux icon obsessed when she did a remix of one of my songs I was so happy fuckbuck gurl omg iconic how did u meet goldi ?

BBy: Thank you fuckbuck is definitely one of my favorite songs I’ve ever done lux snapped on the production, but me and lux met on instagram in a group chat made by an artist named nicxletina and the group chat was just artists and producers and I sent a snippet of one of my songs to the group and lux liked it and dm’d me separately and we’ve been friends since me and lux talk literally every day we’ve made a lot of shit together that hasn’t come out yet i’ve known her for a year now.

me: That’s so cool

BBy: Yes I love her

me: Are u still close to sweetieshortie ?

BBy: Me and her were never really close

BBy: I don’t talk to her

me: Oop on the topic of silenced artists you who imma ask you about. Bimbo Brat gurl what happened between you two ?

BBy: oh god okay so… I posted his song on my story and was like “what is this” because i was just confused like the song was chaotic and he requested to dm me and he wrote 5 paragraphs saying how he lives in the same state as me threatening to beat my ass, and i also originally didn’t really like him because he followed everyone in my following including my boyfriends which was weird so yeah that’s my issue. And after he said he was gonna fuck me up he blocked me and quit so anyways stream gag on Soundcloud.

me: Would y’all ever like do a song together but it be a boy is mind kinda vibe so your kinda singing against each other that be cool you’d probably eat him up tho lmao it might not be fair lmao.

BBy: I would never work with him.

BBy: If i ever do im being held hostage.

me: We’re you shocked when saw him quit ?

BBy: Not really because if I got ate up and exposed by 5 people like that I would quit too so I understand completely, not everyone needs to make music, the girls are getting too comfortable.

me: The girls and they being ?

BBy: Just the conceited girls who talk shit about actually talented people when they can’t write or produce or bring anything original to the table.

me: I know that you are but for others out there how would say your different to others trying to do what u do ?

BBy: I think that my take on music is very different because i freestyle and punch in/ all of my verses and songs and people can tell i have fun, but i think my flows and wordplay are very underrated because people just don’t know what real rap is anymore especially in the space that we’re in, i’m not one of these little bitches lying on the internet trying to look hard, i’m really about what i rap about so i feel like i’m very authentic and people can tell which is why I stand out.

me: I can tell u are in it for the right reason because come on what you got is a masterpiece and I think you are your own genre and I do see you being in the charts in the near future.

BBy: I think that as long as you bring something to the table you will succeed in some shape or form even if it’s behind the scenes, i never settle for mediocre shit if i think something can be done better i’ll do it better.

me: And that’s the right way to be like some girls do be dropping half ass shit that’s why I pulled my song w 805 because it deserves more and I’ll release it when it’s fully done when I dropped it like it wasn’t done and I was dropping it under other people time.

BBy: Yes exactly i’m on the spectrum and have depression so i’ll like release shit on soundcloud impulsively for temporary dopamine then when i feel better and listen back i’m like… what the fuck is this and delete it.

me: Is that something you have been open about before or that something you don’t really share ?

BBy: I’m not necessarily open about my autism or depression but it’s not a secret like i don’t like post it out of nowhere but the people in my life know because it affects my moods and how i talk to people.

me: Same thing with me I have adhd and ADD and I have those crazy mood swings and anxiety attacks it’s like a lot people kinda don’t understand it sometimes and it’s annoying.

BBy: Yes oh my god like people will think i’m being rude or have an attitude when it’s either just me being overstimulated and stressed out or having mood swings and I hate explaining it to people because I don’t wanna be that person.

me: Oooo gurl we got deep there

me: Ok when’s the album lmao

BBy: I haven’t worked on an album yet because i haven’t found a concept yet and i take albums very seriously and i think that an album takes time, however i am working on a mixtape currently which i just dropped the lead single for which is called “Not Going Home”.

me: A bop listened to it this morning I love it is there more to come ? U we’re teasing something last night on your insta live.

BBy: The song I teased last night is a duet with goldilux and i’m really excited for everyone to hear and we’re both rapping on it which is cool, i’m not gonna say the title but it involves dicks so I think the girls will like it.

me: Omg yes I just think you and goldi should just pull a drake and 21 savage and make a whole album together.

BBy: maybe we did…

BBy: Oop

me: Wait whattttt omg

BBy: The girls have to wait and see

me: Yes we will omg I’m excited ok before we play a little game flop or bop albums Edition who’s your dream collaboration ?

BBy: Azealia Banks because i think we both have bars and flow, i would definitely want space cowboy to come back and produce a song for me because his production is what got me into music, he produced gaga’s old stuff and for other female pop artists like nadia oh. and speaking of nadia oh she’s a very underrated artist from the 2000s who really deserves more love and attention and I need her to come back so we can make a hit.

me: Nadia Oh ?

BBy: Yes you would love her, her album hot like wow is one of my favorite pop projects ever.

BBy: I covered sex but never released it because i didn’t really like it.

me: Her song sex is iconic. Gurl I love her too slay we do have taste.

me: Ok are you ready to play flop or bop album edition so if you think the album was a flop text flop if you think the album was a bop text bop.

BBy: Yes let’s go sis

me: Ok beam me up scotty – Nicki

BBy: bop

me: Slay- Z – azealia

BBy: bop

me: Planet Her – Doja

BBy: bop

me: Sassy Scene- 6arelyhuman

BBy: flop

me: Oop

BBy: I have a reason

me: Spill

BBy: I just think the singles were better than the rest of the album which fucked the album up, and it’s kind of repetitive as a whole & none of the album songs stood out to me but I do love their music.

me: I thought it was iconic but I get what you mean

BBy: Yeah like the singles washed the new album songs i think 6arely rushed it because their blowing up on tiktok so they tried to get the clout NOW instead of waiting. If anything it should’ve been a mixtape.

me: Girl Code- city girls

BBy: flop…actually i lied its like neither 50/50

me: Now the next one gurl u better be careful with this it’s my baby. ArtPop – Gaga

BBy: Your gonna hate me…flop

me: Omg why ? I know it’s not for everyone but I love it.

BBy: I just don’t understand it it’s like a mess to me it’s too much going on, there is no real concept but i love swine i covered that song too.

me: Another Gaga album chromatica

BBy: Biggest flop ever. I hated every single song, ok not hated but for gaga it wasn’t good like if a less talented artist made it, it would’ve been different you know.

me: Ava max… Oop i didn’t say that lol

BBy: I hate her too. Yeah don’t even get me started

me: Ok last one Superstar- thatkid

BBy: Bop, but it’s a separate the art from the artist kind of thing because i can’t stand that kid. I think he’s annoying and entitled. He just comes off as bitchy and entitled to me, when we all know who made his career.

me: Are you a fan of her ? I am I love her it’s the twinks that are ruining her.

BBy: I was a fan of her before her annoying ass problematic fans ruined her and made her music corny.

me: Yes but tbh I still listen anyways there are some song I do skip but other than that I love her.

me: So thank you this interview was cute I ask everyone I interview where do you see yourself in 10 years time ?

BBy: I probably committed suicide, im behind the scenes writing, or im an a list celebrity we have to wait and see.

me: Well whatever happens gurl I better get vip tickets to your concerts lmao don’t forget me.

BBy: LMFAOOOOOOOO YOU WILL TRUST

me: So thank you bbykocaine you’ve been real gurl and I can’t wait to see what comes next from you.

My Interview with the next pop it girl of our time (805enavol)

Scroll down for the interview I had with the iconic & talented 805enavol I know the word iconic or icon gets thrown around nowadays but 805enavol is literally an icon. If Ke$ha , Slayyyter , Britney Spears and Gaga had a orgy they would have given birth to 805enavol. She’s super talented has two albums under her belt and every song she puts out is literal perfection having her on something of yours is a blessing. In this interview we talk about her music and her new album Celebritney and her thoughts on other small creators also where she sees herself in 10 years time also I asked some juicy questions so scroll down to read our interview. Also I will link her Insta & Spotify down below ok enjoy the interview xx

me: hey doll

805: heyyy

me: So what first got you into music?

805: Music has always been there, ever since I was born. I listened to music and played instruments ever since I was like 2 years old. It‘s in me naturally.

me: Who was her inspiration for her music ?

805: When I started I didn‘t expect to like it as much as I do now. I did it for fun and just made whatever I wanted to hear. So for inspiration, I‘m gonna thank my brain

me: Omg iconic I love that

me: How would you describe the music that you typically create?

805: I am obsessed with the 80s to late 2000s. I would describe it as my attempt at creating that type of music with my own unique twist to it.

me: Wow that’s actually cool I like that you put two iconic eras and put into one that’s really smart.

me: Who would you most like to collaborate with?

805: My absolute dream feature would be Britney Spears. And I‘m gonna make that happen one day, I swear to god! But I‘d also love to collab with Lady Gaga and make a song in the style of “The Fame”.

me: Omg that’s crazy gurl that’s iconic Gaga x 805 wow the world isn’t ready for that one

me: So how was it working on your current album ?

805: It was a lot of work and took almost half a year since I produce, write and master everything myself. But I‘m proud of the result and I think it‘s a big improvement to my debut album. The deluxe edition will be released soon, so I can‘t wait to see my fans give their opinion and thoughts on it!

me: It is a masterpiece I love it and since you mentioned Gaga’s album The Fame I kinda do get that vibe from your new album you mentioned the other day that you will be dropping a deluxe edition of your album how many tracks will be added ?

805: It will contain the 12 main tracks and 5 deluxe tracks, so 17 in total.

me: So speaking on the topic of your album one song that hit me that kinda told a story most to me is I’m Hot. Have you been called a f@gg*t before or been bullied for the way you dress. Like I can relate to being bullied and called a f@g so I was wondering if you have experience that hate before and it was also a cool way to say fuck you to all the DL boys.

805: I think no person coming out while in school will ever have it easy. However, I wouldn‘t call the treatment I received bullying. I‘m from a small village somewhere in Germany and I‘m one of three publicly outed people at my school. People just don‘t know how to deal with that because it‘s still such an uncommon thing in my area.

me: Wow I know people kinda jump around her but Kim Petras is also from a small town in Germany and she said the same she said people didn’t know what to say or do but to feel uncomfortable or confused by it because she was the only one really in her school and area like that at the time so yes it’s more clearly now.

805: Yes, these people don‘t come from a place of hate. They just don‘t know how to deal with that. It‘s completely natural. What I‘ve learned from personal experience is that the best thing you can do, as hard as it sometimes is, is to not insult back, but rather be open about what it‘s like in your position and, in general, seek the conversation so they can understand that you‘re still the same person.

me: That’s a beautiful way to look at it like that could help someone out there who is struggling with this situation.

805: “I‘m Hot” is a comedic take on a serious issue. Cause that‘s what I‘ve always done to deal with the pain. Joke about it.

me: Back to the album what was there any songs on the album that nearly didn’t make on it and also which song did you record first on the album

805: I took an unusual approach to creating that album. The first song was Fun Wit Me, which I release as a single back in November of 2022. Putting the MySpace Ad Jingle on the album was an absolute last-minuted decision because clearly that song is a joke. But I wanted to have more songs than my debut album and I just liked it in there. *But I wanted it to have more songs…

me: Omg I love MySpace Ad Jingle it’s so fun and cute it fits so perfectly on the album. My favourite song from the album is Wasted omg I can’t stop listening to that like on repeat every two minutes. What would you say your favourite song is from your album.

805: I don‘t like to pick favourites among my songs, since I only make and publish music that I like and that I would listen to privately. But I really like Fun Wit Me and Feel Alive, because that‘s the type of music I‘m most into right now, and I know Fun Wit Me is also a fan favourite.

me: Gonna bring out the diane sawyer in me lmao time for the tea. Who is the most lazy in this industry it can be famous ppl and some SoundCloud artists I know a few that should be on this list.

805: I think everyone is lazy as fuck right now, to be honest. Like, where is the uniqueness and creativity? Every pop song nowadays sounds like either a cheap 80s knock-off or some bedroom pop type shit to give TikTokers an orgasm. Hip-Hop today is like Lil Baby being copy-pasted a couple of thousand times. They don‘t aim for a long-lasting career but for that quick and easy viral fame which pissed me of cause I like music to make me feel something. I know that sounds corny af, but it‘s really like that. Every artist just jumps on the wave of what‘s currently popular and tries to profit off of it, nobody even tries to create something different and new anymore.

me: Ok so where do you stand with bimbobrat as you seen they have disappeared you thinking career over or comeback soon?

805: I think if they wanna come back, they definitely can. We have a song together, it‘s very cute.

me: Speaking about collaborations and all that which one is your favourite ofc u have to say their all your fav but which one do u listen more often to I really like popstars and kiss me are my favourite.

805: The collab I listen to the most is actually my first one ever, it‘s called “Next Level Bitch” with Mattel. I‘m actually not as hyped about collaborating as I used to be. Don‘t get me wrong, I‘m still down, haha.

me: Gurl literally anything your on is gold trust me lmao.

me: Other than you who should people look out in this little music scene I think bbykocaine is one of them to be honest.

805: I‘ve met so many people since I started last year, mostly amazing and very nice artists, as well as a fewconceited pieces of trash. I think our scene could be the next big thing as a whole.

me: Yes like You , bbykocaine , Goldilux and Luigi , Rina Whorgan , Jade Nicole and S4BRINA I totally agree your in such a small but iconic scene.

me: Was a Grammy award always in your dreams or you not an award girl like obviously u want one but is it overhyped?

805: I think at this point the Grammys are embarrassing to say the least. It‘s supposed to honor the greatest musical achievements of the year, but now it‘s turned into a shitshow of washed up celebs boosting their egos and cringy hosts with no comedic timing whatsoever, as well as most performances being so low-effort, it makes you fall asleep. Still, I want one lol

me: Yes omg I couldn’t agree more

me: So thoughts on the twinks that try too hard to be like ayesha erotica I showed my friends some of your work and two secs into your song cash out two of them said omg is this another ayesha wannabe twink do you think their ruining a whole scene for people who are actually trying to make a career out of this 2000s y2k music vibe don’t get me wrong I’m a huge huge ayesha fan it’s just they do be trying too hard to be like her and it’s annoying.

805: I mean, there‘s no doubt Ayesha was an incredibly talented artist. And generally, trying to be like your idol is nothing bad. But in her case, due to the persona that she created, her fans are now a bunch of delusional pathetic pre-teen social rejects that think overdosing on crack and being a prostitute is fun. So to answer your question, yes, they definitely ruin everything for everyone.

me: Ok we’re gonna play a little game called overhyped or rightfully hyped. How it will work imma name some artists and you to tell him they are overhyped or rightfully hyped .

( answer with overhyped or rightfully hyped)

805: Yuhhh lets go

me: Ariana Grande

805: Rightfully hyped

me: Beyoncé

805: Overhyped But sweet :3

me: RiRi

805: Overhyped cuz like drop a new album or sum

me: Ikr lmao We don’t need anymore makeup just drop an album already lol

me: Nicki

805: Overhyped

me: Lana now gurl the cult gonna come for u on this one so watch your answer lol

805: Dont listen to lana at all no opinion lmao

me: Oop

me: Charli Xcx

805: WAYYY too less hyped

me: Thank you yes omg she literally is so underrated she’s literally a queen.

me: Ok last two questions where do you see or hope to see yourself in 10 years time and also do you have any advice for people who are trying to start a music career ?

805: In 10 years, I wanna be world famous, I wanna be free from having no money, I wanna have a husband and children and I wanna have made a song with Britney ❤

me: That’s so beautiful your talented so keep doing what your doing your killing it doll.

805: Tysm i had a lot of fun amazing questions 🙂

#3 What’s Happening ?

1. Melanie Martinez is back from the dead with new song Death the first track from her otherworldly upcoming album Portals, due March 31st. Co-produced by Martinez and CJ Baran, “Death” is now available via streaming services. The song was first teased via a 12-second clip on streaming platforms, which launched alongside a spellbinding trailer revealing the rebirth of fan-favorite character “Cry Baby” and quickly sparked a frenzy of theories from fans.

“Death” is the 13-track album’s opener, with full track listing revealed Thursday. Martinez lifted the curtain on Portals last month with an instantly viral TikTok video, with teasers now reaching 115 million views across socials. The cryptic clips confirmed the death of her notorious alter-ego “Cry Baby,” last seen considering whether to walk into the light at the beguiling conclusion of 2019’s internationally acclaimed full-length film, K-12. Further teasing has been led by top fan pages around the world receiving a white chocolate “egg” in the mail to hatch, each containing a separate flash drive with an audio snippet of an untitled track off the forthcoming album. Fans have downloaded each song and leaked it online, fueling the pandemonium and anticipation. Portals marks the 27-year-old NYC-born singer-songwriter-filmmaker’s first full-length release in nearly four years following her two billion-streaming, RIAA Gold-certified second album, K-12, which proved a sensation upon its September 2019 release, entering the Billboard 200 at No. 3 Martinez’s highest chart placement thus far with further debuts at No. 1 on the alternative album chart, and No. 1 on the Soundtrack album chart.

lollapalooza 2023

Anyways I’m so excited I have my vinyl pre-ordered and I’m ready for March 31st.

2.

Hailey Bieber has been in deep water online lately. In short, Hailey Bieber has been accused of being a bully toward Selena Gomez, who dated Justin Bieber on and off throughout the 2010s. It has been a very long time since the two were romantically connected in any way. Still, clips of Hailey being, at the very least, fixated on Selena have been shared repeatedly online. It has caused a lot of hate in the direction of Hailey.

If you’re a fan of Hailey Bieber, turn away.

On Wednesday, Jeffree Star posted a video to his TikTok account after receiving a PR package from Hailey Bieber. If you’re not familiar with what a PR package is, it’s basically a sample of a few products sent to a list of celebrities in hopes that they’ll speak highly of it online. The concept is sound if you have a good product.

#teamSelena

Jeffree then returned to talk about the situation on his instagram story

I was shook when I saw this and y’all should go over to TikTok right now and read the comments because gurl they juicy

3. Anyways nexts topic is sad and when I read about it I just wanted to give her a hug

Amanda Bynes has been placed on a psychiatric hold after she was found completely naked in California, the Los Angeles Police Department.

Police responded to a call Sunday at 6:45 a.m. to a 36-year-old female standing “completely nude” on the corner of Vermont Avenue and 4th Street in Los Angeles.

The LAPD noted that Bynes appeared to be “suffering from mental illness,” and based on statements she made, the American actress was put on a psychiatric hold.

Although officers couldn’t elaborate on the statements, it was confirmed that Bynes was taken to the hospital. Being on psychiatric hold is typically a 72-hour period, however the duration can be extended, according to the LAPD.

This TikTok was recorded hours before the incident

I really do hope Amanda gets the help that she needs and that she’s safe because I really do care for her like just over the couple of years learning about her life story and I just hope she bounces back from this. Love you Amanda xx

While one fan commented: ‘My entire generation is loving this right now. I can guarantee it.’

The Crazy Life of Jeffree Star

From singing with Nicki Minaj to becoming an influential billionaire, Jeffree Star has been infecting the internet since 2003. But as we’ve learnt, it can be lonely at the top, and this superstar has certainly had his ups and downs.

There’s no doubt that the world of beauty influencers has been on the rise, and many of the industry’s icons have proven to be unstoppable. That certainly goes for Jeffree Star, a self-made makeup guru.

He built an empire from the ground up and continues to thrive no matter what’s thrown at him. Find out how Star went from an aspiring musician to an iconic influencer and everything he’s dealt with along the way.

Jeffree revealed that his childhood was rather difficult, as substance abuse and unhealthy relationships were common in his Los Angeles-bound family. However, he knew he could always rely on his mother for comfort, and she’s part of the reason Jeffree fell in love with makeup.

At age 12, Star discovered his mother’s makeup collection and used it to copy looks he saw in fashion magazines. When he was 16, he started wearing makeup to school, but the school called his mom and said his makeup distracted other students. “My mom fought the school, and I got to wear makeup every day,” Jeffree exclaimed. Star explained that when he first began playing around with makeup as a kid, he “Didn’t really know what it was.” Still, he was fascinated with the endless number of products and colors. “I just loved the idea of transformation. I loved that you could become a character,” said Jeffree.

“So to me it was an extension of art,” he continued. “It’s almost like a mask or a costume. You just feel like a boss-a** b***h.” The more he practiced doing his makeup, the more he learned about the art, and it became clear to Jeffree that he was destined to thrive in the beauty industry.

However, before Jeffree began creating his own makeup line, he dreamed of becoming a musician. He shared videos of himself singing rock music on his MySpace page and released his first song, We Want C***, in 2005. Eventually, he collaborated with Nicki Minaj on the song Lollipop Luxury.

He transitioned from MySpace to YouTube and began uploading vibrant music videos that showcased his incredible work on makeup and costumes. Star spent approximately 10 years focusing on his singing career and created various emo-electronica tracks, some of which went viral.

In 2010, Jeffree signed a record deal with Akon’s label and had high hopes about his singing career. Akon had previously signed Lady Gaga, so this seemed like a life-changing opportunity for Star. Akon even referred to Jeffree as “The next Lady Gaga” during an interview.

However, the record deal wasn’t all what Jeffree had pictured it to be. Star was never able to release a second album, and he blamed this on his personality clashes with Akon. “It was almost like they were dimming my light, and they weren’t letting me be me,” Star revealed. In 2013, Jeffree gave up on music altogether.

After quitting music, Jeffree decided to pursue his other passion and launch his own makeup line. So, in 2014, Jeffree invested his life savings into creating a liquid lipstick line, and Jeffree Star Cosmetics was born. He promoted the brand on his YouTube channel and hoped more than anything that his business would thrive.

“It was either this was gonna work out for me I was gonna have to go back to the mall… and work at MAC again,” Jeffree explained. “It was probably the most scared I’ve been in my entire life.” Within a few minutes of launching the collection, all 30,000 units sold out, according to Cosmopolitan.

Jeffree had already put his name on the map when he began his music career, and once he made the switch from MySpace to YouTube, his number of subscribers increased rapidly. His fans saw how he confidently expressed himself and started sharing their own stories about embracing their true self.

“And I will, like, write back to them some long reply and let them know that it’s OK to be different, you know?” Star said in 2008. He continued building his brand and uploading more videos to YouTube for his fans, and eventually found himself with 17.1 million subscribers and 14.5 million Instagram followers.

In the summer of 2016, celebrity tattoo artist Kat Von D publicly ended her friendship with Jeffree through a series of social media posts. She explained that due to his substance abuse, social opinions and alleged bullying, she could no longer be his friend. Kat made some other accusations, and then their relationship instantly unraveled.

“Even though we were friends for ten years, you never know when you’re going to literally wake up one morning and have your best friend backstab you in front of the entire world,” said Star. He also claimed that Kat never fully supported his brand and eventually shared, “The drama is dead,” along with their friendship.

In May of 2016, Jeffree reviewed one of Kylie Jenner’s lip kits on social media and didn’t have anything positive to say. He also claimed that she overcharged customers for her products. “She found a lab that makes a $5 formula,” Star revealed. They gave her the same exact one with her name on it and charged $20 more.”

“If the product didn’t suck, I wouldn’t have anything to say,” he added. “I was just giving my honest review.” Jeffree also tweeted about Kylie’s defective lipgloss brushes, an issue that she’d already publicly addressed. “I’d rather save millions of people money than letting them be ripped off by a celebrity,” said Star.

After Jeffree’s controversial comments resurfaced the internet over a decade later, he decided it was time to apologize for offending viewers. He uploaded a video on YouTube, intending to share his side of the story “From human being to human being.” Star said, “It’s upsetting. It’s nasty.”

On March 16th, 2019, Jeffree was distraught after discovering his warehouse had been robbed. “One of my stock and shipping facility warehouses was broken into, and over $2.5 million of product was stolen from me,” Star revealed. “This is the biggest theft I have ever experienced in my entire career.” Star hired a private investigator to look further into the situation, and he learned that the stolen makeup was being sold on the black market. Authorities eventually tracked down the thief, and the individual was arrested. “This is my biggest hit as a brand,” said Jeffree. “I am still shocked about the entire thing.”

Jeffree was once a close friend of James Charles, another beauty influencer, but after James’ public feud with YouTuber Tati Westbrook, everything changed. Star took Westbrook’s side in the fight on social media, and followers watched the friendship drastically diminish.

“There’s a reason why I haven’t seen him since @GlamLifeGuru’s birthday in February,” Star tweeted. “He is a danger to society. Everything Tati said is 100% true.” Jeffree made it clear to his followers that he no longer wanted to be associated with James and wasn’t planning any future collaborations with him.

YouTuber Shane Dawson has been a close friend of Jeffree’s for most of his career, and they’ve done quite a few collaborations. Last year, Dawson created a YouTube series called The Beautiful World of Jeffree Star, where he documented Star’s travels, business ventures, personal matters, and everything in between.

In just 12 hours, the trailer for the documentary reached 5 million views, as fans were eager to watch another one of Dawson’s tell-all videos, as he’d done the same with other influencers. “I’ve never felt this excited, nervous, and emotionally invested in my life,” Shane revealed upon the release of the documentary.

Star’s made a significant income from his partnership with Morphe, a popular makeup retailer, throughout his career. In July, Morphe issued a statement, saying, “Today we’ve made the decision to cease all commercial activity related to Jeffree Star and affiliated products,” Morphe shared.

Morphe didn’t release any other information regarding the matter, or make any accusations about Jeffree, but the decision was made amid various controversies the influencer was caught up in. “We are shocked and extremely saddened by the decision of our former retail partner,” Jeffree shared on Instagram.

After being dropped from Morphe, Jeffree uploaded a video titled Doing What’s Rightand addressed many scandals he’d been involved in. “Without ever really thinking about the ramifications of my words, my actions, and or for the first time in a very long time, I’m really reflecting on my behavior and mind alone.” Star’s apology video didn’t impress all of his viewers, as some felt he didn’t actually take responsibility for his actions. “It just felt very passive-aggressive,” said musician Kahlen Barry. “He [Star] was sitting there like he didn’t even want to address any of the things he was talking about, and he was being forced to.” Aside from expressing himself and building an incredible cosmetics company from the ground up, Jeffree prides himself on being inclusive. “Whatever narrative anyone tries to spin of me, I am so f***ing proud to own an inclusive makeup company,” said Jeffree. “Since I opened my doors in 2014, I have created products for everyone.” “Any product, shade, or formula I’ve created has worked for any race, gender, and most importantly, I want you guys to remember all beauty matters,” Star explained. “From the very first ad, I have always shown people… No matter what size or body you are, or what gender you are, you are accepted in Jeffree Star Cosmetics.” At age 36, Star has already achieved billionaire status, with a net worth of approximately $1.5 billion, as Jeffree shared on social media in April. According to Celebrity Net Worth, Jeffree makes an estimated $200 million each year from his YouTube channel alone. That’s not all Jeffree does to make a profit; He also owns a shipping and fulfillment center and a merchandise company. “So I have about ten businesses that I’m currently running besides my brand,” he revealed. “I’ve accomplished everything I’ve wanted to accomplish thus far,” said Star.

“I don’t consider myself a role model,” Jeffree revealed. “But in reality, it’s like, if my music or my being myself can help other people, that’s all that really matters to me.” Since launching his brand in 2014, Star’s inspired Cole Carrigan to embrace his authentic self, and that’s something he’s incredibly proud of. “So if me living my life and people seeing it online or on TV, if it helps their lives, then that’s the most important thing I think,” Jeffree added. He also explained that he’s found comfort in makeup and hopes others can do the same. “I love that at the end of the day, you can wipe it off, and you’re back to you,” said Star.

The controversial makeup mogul sold his $20 million LA mansion and has established residency in Casper, Wyoming, a city of 58,000 where Star has a $1.1 million ranch. He’s traded in his famous bright pink mansion, with its luxury closet and designer purse vault, for over 500 acres of land with more than 40 yaks.

While Star still posts photos in full glam on his main Instagram account, where he has 13.5 million followers, he’s also sharing yak pictures for a much smaller audience on his Star Yak Ranch account, which has 171k followers.

Star has posted nearly two dozen pictures of his yak herd on social media, oftentimes cuddling up to them, but he hasn’t made clear what his purpose is for raising yaks. He has documented himself going to local markets, where other yak farmers sell yak wool and yak meat, but Star doesn’t appear to have a yak-associated business yet.

He has also warned locals and fans alike to stay away from Star Yak Ranch, which is not open to the public. Star, who poses frequently with weapons, wrote online that trespassers will be shot.

According to a source close to Star, he’s still splitting his time between the Jeffree Star Cosmetics office and warehouse in LA and his home in Wyoming.

Besides the natural beauty and serene yak fields, there are a few reasons Star may prefer his new home. Wyoming has no personal income tax and Star was one of the most disliked influencers in 2021, so it makes sense for him to uproot and start fresh in a new setting.

Is Hailey Bieber a Mean Girl ?

For context, rumours of a feud between the two have been circling for years, especially given the proximity of Hailey’s engagement to Justin Bieber to Selena’s last breakup with the singer. That being said, things seemed plenty fine between the two in recent months.

Hailey denied that there was “drama” between the two, and they were even pictured together in October of last year.

However, recent TikToks have led the two being pitted against each other once again. This arguably began with a clip of Hailey, Kendall Jenner, and a friend mouthing along to a sound that said, “I’m not saying she deserved it, but God’s timing is always right” – right as Selena was facing a ton of online body-shaming for bikini paparazzi pics.

Hailey then denied that the video was “directed at anyone,” and Selena wrote, “I don’t let these things get me down! Be nice to everyone! X” in response to one fan’s commentary.

Then, literally yesterday, Kylie Jenner was accused of mocking Selena for accidentally over-laminating her brows by posting an Instagram story where she and Hailey showed off their brows on FaceTime. Both Selena and Kylie denied that the posts were intended as such.

Kylie’s story which showed a screenshot of her and her friend Hailey Bieber on FaceTime. Both women had put their eyebrows to the camera for a close-up, which fans said was “mocking” Selena’s video.

The story was posted about three hours after Selena’s original video, leading fans to believe it was directed at her. Kylie had also posted a selfie of herself and wrote “this was an accident?” adding to the speculation.

Multiple TikToks quickly popped up analysing the interaction, asking if the Instagram story was an accident and discussing the history between the two stars.

Kylie responded to one of these videos

@jessthereporter from TikTok explained it in this cute little video

And commented: “This is reaching. No shade towards Selena ever and I didn’t see her eyebrow posts. You guys are making something out of nothing. This is silly.”

While this incident might be water under the bridge, fans pointed out it isn’t the first time Kylie and her best friend Hailey Bieber have appeared to poke fun at the actress.

Selena then responded to Kylie’s comment

Then when you thought it was done Selena admits ‘wishing she was as pretty’ as model Bella Hadid as she opens up about her ‘girl crush’ in a now-deleted video on TikTok

Selena then went onto posting a picture of Bella on her instagram story with a #girlcrush

I’m honestly shook about all of this as I write this post up there’s still shit going down between Hailey and Taylor Swift and now Selena is sticking up for her bestie Taylor so it’s all just a mess honestly I hope that the girls weren’t coming for Selena because honestly she’s the sweetest plus I love Kylie and I just hope it all just burns out soon but it seems like every hour something new comes out anyways what do you think do you think the people of the internet have made something up just for the fun of it and the drama or do you think there’s some shade getting thrown around my opinion I honestly don’t have one I don’t know I guess we’ll never know.

The Letter

MTV’s no-holds-barred reality TV show “Jersey Shore” was an instant sensation when the first season premiered in December 2009. The series followed a group of self-proclaimed hard-partying “guidos” and “guidettes” Italian Americans, mostly from New York or New Jersey as they spent a loud, messy summer together in a Jersey beach house.

With a cast of larger-than-life personalities (Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, Jenni “JWoww” Farley, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, and Paul “DJ Pauly D” DelVecchio were instant stars) and just the right amount of medium-stakes drama, the show was quickly renewed for a second season. And unlike the casts of other reality-TV shows around the same time (like “The Hills” and “Laguna Beach”), the “Jersey Shore” cast members were largely left to their own devices, with little to no producer involvement or scripted moments.

While there was no shortage of iconic moments throughout the original series’ six-season run, one incident in season two has become the stuff of pop-culture legend: the infamous note to Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola about her boyfriend and fellow cast member Ronnie Ortiz-Magro’s infidelity during nights out at clubs, written by Farley and Polizzi but presented anonymously.

“Sam,” the letter, typed in all caps, begins, “the first night at BED when you left, Ron made out with 2 girls and put his head inbetween a cocktail waitresses breasts. Also was grinding with multiple fat women.”

After detailing another alleged instance of infidelity, the note concludes: “Multiple people in the house know, therefore you should know the truth.”

Jenni shared her side of the story after the episode aired she said Nicole and I decided to write an anonymous letter because we needed Sam to know the truth, but technically we were never there when Ronnie was cheating on her … Angelina always was. We loved both Ron and Sam, but we had a sense of “girl code” that made us feel obligated to tell her the truth. We really didn’t want Sam to find out it was us! We only agreed to tell her [about Ron’s cheating] if we could do it anonymously. During “Jersey Shore,” we were never allowed cellphones, pens, paper, computers, etc., so we were actually hoping that Sam would think it was production, since you’re never allowed any of those things. And we wanted to change up the language so it didn’t sound like either of us. It obviously backfired and created the “note heard around the world,” but that was never our intention. We love Sam and just felt she needed to hear the truth.

Charli XCX was snubbed at this year’s Brit Awards!!!

Charli Xcx has criticised the Brit Awards for their all-male Artist Of The Year shortlist at the 2023 event.

At the Red Carpet for the BRIT Awards Charli was asked by the BBC why she wasn’t an Artist Of The Year, despite being nominated in the Best Pop/R&B category.

After adopting gender-neutral categories last year, the artist of the year award included only male nominees, failing to acknowledge any women artists.

As the evening continued at a series of afterparties around London, Charli took the opportunity to show exactly how she felt about being left off the list. She wore a super sheer Ludovic de Saint Sernin gown with Swarovski jewellery on the red carpet

#stunning

Charli then changed into a black patent miniskirt, heeled ankle boots, and a cropped white tshirt with “Real Winner” written across the chest. She then draped a yellow fluffy coat over the top to attend the Warner Records afterparty at the NoMad hotel.

To be honest Charli should have been up for artist of the year I don’t care she literally slayed last year well she slays 24/7 but you get what I mean like come on Crash is literally an iconic album and one of the best albums if not the best album of last year ( in my opinion ) she was snubbed but she will always be my favourite artist so love you Charli you are a winner in my eyes xx

The Downfall of Amanda Bynes

In June 2010, Bynes surprised the world by announcing on Twitter that she was quitting acting during what seemed like the peak of her career.

She wrote from a now-deleted account, “Being an actress isn’t as fun as it may seem. If I don’t love something anymore, I stop doing it. I don’t love acting anymore, so I’ve stopped doing it. I know 24 is a young age to retire, but you heard it here first.”

Bynes later revealed in an interview with Paper Magazine in 2018 that her self-esteem issues played a part in why she took a step back from Hollywood.

“I literally couldn’t stand my appearance in [‘Easy A’} and I didn’t like my performance,” she shared. “I was absolutely convinced I needed to stop acting after seeing it.”

Bynes continued, “I was high on marijuana when I saw that but for some reason it really started to affect me. I don’t know if it was a drug-induced psychosis or what, but it affected my brain in a different way than it affects other people. It absolutely changed my perception of things.”

Bynes’ legal troubles begin

Bynes’ first mugshot in 2012 showed the former actress drastically changed her look.

In 2012, Bynes got arrested for the first time for a DUI after she she clipped a sheriff’s deputy’s cruiser with her black BMW at around 3 a.m. in West Hollywood. Her mugshot showed that her signature sandy blonde locks had been dyed a light pink hue.

In February 2014, she was convicted of reckless driving for that incident, per the LA Times. She was sentenced to three years of probation and three months of alcohol education classes.

In 2012, she was also charged with two hit and runs for incidents on April 10 and Aug. 4. The first one occurred just days after her DUI arrest.

Lohan’s tweet about Amanda

While those cases were ongoing on the West Coast, Bynes had another run-in with the law on the East Coast. She threw a bong out of her Times Square apartment’s 36th floor window after cops responded to a call that she’d been smoking pot in the lobby.

During this time, she made several court appearances with a new look that consisted of colorful and disheveled wigs, large sunglasses and piercings.

Bynes, seen here arriving at a NY courthouse in handcuffs, avoided serious jail time despite multiple arrests.
Amanda Bynes was released from police custody after she attended a court appearance while still wearing a platinum wig.

The bong-tossing case was eventually dismissed after Bynes agreed to undergo regular psychiatric treatment. She was charged with reckless endangerment and marijuana possession for the crime.

Amanda Bynes Has Paparazzi Melt Down

By September 2014, however, Bynes was booked again for a second DUI charge after police “determined she was under the influence of a controlled substance.” She was reportedly high on marijuana at the time.

Bynes goes on bizarre Twitter rants

Bynes, seen here walking into court with a long blue wig, ranted online despite her ongoing legal issues.

While Bynes was dealing with legal drama in the courtroom, she was seemingly blowing off steam on Twitter all throughout 2013.

The former Hollywood darling-turned-bad girl called out everyone from Barack Obama to Drake on the social media platform.

In tweets from the now-deleted account, Bynes called the then-President of the United States and his wife, Michelle Obama, “ugly,” and previously asked POTUS to “fire the cop” who arrested her back in 2012, according to Us Weekly.

Bynes also broke the internet when she asked Drake to “murder” her vagina, and made outlandish remarks like, “I could never marry a German because I’m Jewish.”

Bynes reveals psychiatric issues on social media

Bynes revealed on Twitter she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and manic depressive disorder.

She’s also been wearing a lot of wigs and now she’s explained why. In a tweet directed at the folks at E!, Bynes wrote: “I had to shave my head because of hair damage I’m not loving my paparazzi pics for a few years! I have extensions but you can see them!

Bynes was first hospitalized on a 5150 psychiatric hold in July 2013 after allegedly setting a fire in an elderly woman’s driveway.

Then in October 2014, she was again placed in a psychiatric hold in LA after posting a series of disturbing tweets, in which she claimed her dad had sexually, physically and verbally abused her. She also accused him of putting a “microchip” in her brain.

A month later, Bynes announced on Twitter she had been diagnosed with bipolar and manic depressive disorder, but said she was “seeing my psychologist and pyshchiatrist [sic] weekly so I’m fine :D,” according to E! News.

In August 2013, while Bynes was struggling with her mental health, her mother, Lynn, was granted a temporary over her then-27-year-old daughter, which a judge later made into a permanent conservatorship in October 2014.

According to a legal petition obtained by People the time, a judge ruled the actress “poses a substantial risk to herself, to others, and to property.”

“[Amanda has been] spending large amounts of her savings,” the court documents stated. “It has been reported that she has recently made extensive purchases as gifts from jewelry stores, such as Cartier, for strangers.”

Lynn was tasked with overseeing her daughter’s estate, which was valued at $5 million in 2014. Just days after becoming conservator, she requested to transfer control to a medical health professional and money manager.

However, it seems that Lynn maintained legal authority despite help from professionals – since she still oversees Bynes’ personal, medical and financial affairs.

While Bynes was under a conservatorship and quietly studying at fashion school, she avoided red carpets and stayed out of the limelight.

However, in November 2018, she “broke the internet” with a cover story for Paper Magazine and accompanying photo shoot that showed a much more polished version of Bynes than fans had seen in recent years.

In the revealing profile, she opened up for the first time about her drug use, which she said began with marijuana at age 16. She also said she used cocaine “three times.”

Bynes said she learned that Adderall could allegedly be used to stay thin on the set of “Hairspray” and obtained a prescription after visiting “a psychiatrist and faking the symptoms of ADD.”

She also got candid about her rants on Twitter, telling the mag, “I’m really ashamed and embarrassed with the things I said. I can’t turn back time but if I could, I would.”

On Valentine’s Day 2020, Bynes announced she was engaged.

In May 2020, the couple shocked fans by seemingly announcing on Instagram that they were expecting a child. However, Bynes’ attorney shut down those claims.

According to a post shared on March 9, 2022 on Bynes’ new Instagram account, the engaged couple are still together.

In February 2022, Bynes filed to end her conservatorship of the person and her estate for good after nearly nine years.

The actress’ parents, who were able to maintain a close relationship with her throughout the guardianship, said they were supportive of it coming to an end.

Amanda has had her nine year conservatorship terminated by a judge.

Was LC the real villain?

Nothing excites our nostalgic hearts more than a noughties MTV reality show making its way to Netflix. The most recent show to return to the small screen? Laguna Beach, the 2004 teen drama that followed eight teenagers from the small coastal town in Orange County in particular, the love triangle between lead stars Lauren Conrad, Kristin Cavallari, and Stephen Coletti. It was of course inspired by fictional teen smash of the moment, The OC but Laguna Beach had a cult following of its own.

If you’re Y2K trauma blocked brain needs a reminder, as narrator of the show Lauren Conrad (otherwise known as LC) was the queen of Laguna Beach and went on to star in The Hills, using her reality TV fame to launch a successful career in fashion and publishing. Nowadays, Lauren, 36, has her own clothing line, a non-profit online store called The Little Market and she’s published nine books.

As a fan of Laguna Beach and The Hills at the time, Lauren’s catapultian to success was unsurprising. She was one of the few reality stars from that era that managed to maintain a sweetheart reputation through years of filming (and crucially, MTV editing). People either wanted to be her, or be best friend. But watching the show back now? You’d be surprised to realise she’s actually the real ‘villain’ of the series.

You only need listen to Lauren’s introduction of the cast of characters for proof, particularly when it comes to Kristin and Stephen. ‘That, that would be Kristin, another junior,’ Lauren narrates as clips of Kristin in a bikini appear on screen. ‘Wherever Kristin went [this year], drama followed. She thinks she’s hot. Okay, I guess she is, but she can’t stand me.

‘Here’s the reason why… Stephen,’ Lauren continues. ‘I guess he’s kind of her boyfriend, but Stephen and I have been really close forever and we’re even going to college together in San Francisco. Kristin’s the wrong girl for him, I’m just waiting for him to figure it out. Oh, and me? I’m Lauren, my friends call me LC, I’ve always been the nice girl but this year I realised sometimes you just have to go after what you want.’

Honestly, from a reality TV drama perspective? Chef’s kiss. Those producers really outdid themselves with that script about a bunch of feuding teenagers (Lauren has confirmed all of her narrations were scripted), but listening to it now? You’d be forgiven for cringing into your seat.

That little introduction sets the scene for the entire show, and the themes of misogyny and ‘pick me’ behaviour from Lauren do not subside. We’re apparently meant to be on her side, hoping she ends up with Stephen despite the fact he has a girlfriend who, unsurprisingly, often acts out due to insecurities and cheating rumours and makes sexist comparisons between LC and Kristin all the time.

In one episode, Stephen explains his predicament. ‘Kristin’s a really good girl to hook up with and have fun with, that’s why I’m so amped on her because we can have so much fun,’ he tells his friends. ‘But coming down to like the boyfriend and girlfriend stuff, Lauren would be a better girl.’

Throughout the show, Lauren and Kristin are pitted against each other, producers homing in on any bitching sessions or sexist insults. Of course, Kristin and LC are just teens in their first relationships doing what many of us did at that age, but it’s the way producers frame each girl that feels gross to watch back now. Lauren is the blonde-haired, blue-eyed darling that deserves Stephen because she daren’t misbehave or act promiscuously. Kristin, on the other hand? She’s the crazy, dramatic girlfriend that Stephen should leave because she dares to play him at his own game by flirting with other boys.

The show is, very obviously, edited to the nth degree – scenes are often cut haphazardly together and sly remarks dubbed over characters with much less sophistication than we see on today’s reality TV. But knowing I watched this as a tween, taking in every bit of drama as if it were real life? Lord only knows the slut-shaming and misogyny I internalised by believing Lauren was the hero Stephen deserved. In actual fact, Stephen deserves neither Lauren nor Kristin perhaps he’s the real villain of all!

Season 2 trailer

Although saying that, he too has since confirmed that the love triangle as we saw it on screen was mischaracterised, and there was never any actual crossover between Kristin and Lauren (in fact, both women agree that their schoolyard drama had pretty much ended by the time MTV cast them for the show, but producers heard of it from other teens and homed in on the storyline regardless).

Those little tidbits of info about the real drama behind the reality have all come from ‘Back To The Beach with Kristin and Stephen’, a podcast hosted by Laguna Beach co-stars Kristin Cavallari and Stephen Colletti where the pair watch back episodes of the show with a starring guest. In fact, Lauren only appeared on it back in November, and evidenced her intense evolution of character since being on the show by agreeing she was now Team Kristin too watching it back.

Season 2 trailer

‘I’m sorry to you,’ Lauren tells Kristin in the episode. ‘My biggest regret watching it, I called you a “slut”. I’m so sorry! I couldn’t believe I did that because where I’m at now I would never call another woman or girl that. For me it was the most embarrassing moment, I was like “Oh gross!”

‘Well thank you,’ Kristin replied. ’I called you a “slut” in a later episode and I was going to apologise to you too for the stuff that I said because I said some really dumb stuff. My thing is when I watch it now, I wasn’t confident at all I was actually so insecure and I took it out on you in a lot of ways, so I am sorry for that because I said some horrible things.

‘We weren’t great,’ the women agreed, laughing. ‘We really were not great.’

Oh women, how we grow and evolve even with the most hateful misogyny being thrown our way through life. Seeing Kristin and LC apologise after all these years, prove their teen flaws are long behind them and out MTV producers for the extensive editing of their lives? It’s the noughties nostalgia reward we all needed. They may not be the real villains of their story, but MTV certainly have a lot to answer for to when it comes to how they framed women (or rather, teens) throughout those reality TV glory years.

Nicole Richie’s memorial day BBQ

Rise and shine, Hollywood!

It’s May 24th, you’re recovering from a wild night at Winston’s, ignoring Kelly Osbourne’s texts, and then you decide to check your email and you get this

That’s the spirit!

With Brit Brit taking a post-tour breather and Paris prepping for the pokey and Lohan going to jail the City of Angels needed its other resident party girls to step up to the plate and they were more than happy to take a swing!

Following a wild EuroTrip, brimmed with drunken nip-slips and pot smoking on Roberto Cavalli’s yacht, Mischa Barton was living her best post-O.C. life.

With May 2007 marking a year since the teen queen’s tragic TV demise, Barton was finally gearing up to ditch her Coop days and storm the silver screen I guess she could’ve learned a thing or two from Shannen Doherty.

After touching back down in Los Angeles, the aspiring movie starlet reportedly stricken with bronchitis from her international travels – wasted no time in returning to the Tinseltown nightlife.

Between reuniting with rehabbed sister Hania, and making Starbucks runs with BFF Nicole Richie, Keds’ top spokesgirl was back on her grind, and helping her pal plan a party to beat the band.

After stocking up on some BBQ necessities that Sunday afternoon, paparazzi followed the party girls to Beverly Hill’s Summit Gated Community, home to Nicole’s father Lionel Richie, occasional party pal Britney, and longtime friend Masha Gordon whose Crest Court pad would be the setting for the afternoon’s big blowout.

While cameras couldn’t pry further than the neighborhood gates, what happened inside the bash would soon find its way to gossip sites.

Shortly after nightfall, Perez Hilton posted a not-so-blind-item about a mystery actress who created a drug-fueled fuss at the afternoon’s get together.

Not long after Hilton’s blog post, TMZ named names.

The website reported that the former TV starlet was rushed to the ER due to an “adverse reaction to medication” she’d been taking for bronchitis. The site went on to claim that Coop tossed back a few too many cocktails, and the drugs in her system reacted accordingly.

While a rep for Barton shut down rumors their client had been abusing drugs – namely mushrooms, as previously suggested by Perez sources inside the party told In Touch that Mischa gave her troubled O.C. character a run for its money.

The tabloid’s insider claimed that Coop had spent over half an hour in the bathroom during Sunday’s festivities, and it didn’t take long for the effects of her ladies room activities to kick in: “She was rolling around on the ground, and then suddenly she began screaming that she was dying.

Life imitates art, it seems.

The magazine went on to allege that Coop had arrived at Sherman Oaks Hospital disheveled, drenched in vomit, and barely clothed – where she was later met by momager Nuala Quinn and father Paul Marsden Barton.

Photographers camped outside the medical facility for a quick shot of the sick starlet, but what they didn’t capture was what apparently went down behind closed doors.
A source told New York Daily News that when Mischa’s parents caught wind of the news, they rushed to her side – only to walk in on her making a frantic phone call to ex-boyfriend Cisco Adler

The newspaper claimed that when Papa Barton burst into hospital room, he came across his daughter deliriously crying, “Cisco, Cisco,” into the receiver – and he flew into a fatherly rage, barking at the staff for letting Mischa use the phone.

That’s probably pretty close to what happened, minus Sandy’s fabulous eyebrows.

Meanwhile, host Nicole Richie was apparently MIA for the entire meltdown, as she was busy stocking up on some last minute party favors at Ralph’s.

Nicole told Ryan Seacrest in a radio interview on May 30th that she’d missed the Mischa crisis – and a brief cameo from a pre-promises Lindsay Lohan as she was loading up on SunnyD.

Richie also fired back at criticisms leveled against her controversial party invite, which had leaked to tabloids days earlier: “It’s a private e-mail to my friends. I was joking and I don’t think there’s anything wrong with it.

And Nicole also shut down rumors that she’d recently been in treatment for an eating disorder, simply attributing her minimal paparazzi presence as of late to touring the world with Good Charlotte, but just because she wasn’t holed up at Beau Monde doesn’t mean Richie didn’t have a little trouble of her own. After her party from hell, Nicole hopped across town to her Simple Life costar’s own Memorial Day/going-to-jail gathering, but ran into some car trouble en route:

While at a gas station on the corner of La Cienega and Holloway, the two timer DUIer smashed her boyfriend’s silver BMW into a woman’s Honda convertible, but instead of fighting, the fender bender ladies hugged it out and called it a holiday.

And while the story of what really went down at Richie’s rowdy fête stayed shrouded in mystery, an unlikely celebrity pal would eventually end the years of speculation once and for all…

Sophie Monk!

In 2014, the Australian reality star dished on her Hollywood years in an interview, with one tale in particular raising a few eyebrows.

Nicole & Sophie

Monk, who’d dated Benji Madden throughout 2007, and frequently hung out with brother Joel’s girlfriend Ms.Richie, claimed that during a daytime bash she’d attended around that time she witnessed a celebrity OD firsthand.

If you’re confused by the connections, I broke it down for you

Sophie went on to describe a scene eerily similar to the tabloid reports that had surfaced around Mischa’s hospitalization, claiming an “actress” at a certain drug-filled soiree began convulsing, sending fellow partygoers scrambling and leaving Monk to run a shower for the barely-clothed starlet, who began to foam at the mouth.

The story’s details, down to the actress’ furious mother, seemingly confirmed the truth about what happened that holiday weekend, but despite Monk saving Mischa’s life by calling for help, the actress wasn’t too grateful – supposedly asking friends the next day: “Who was that bitch that called the ambulance?

And as for the girl who started it all, after being discharged from the ER that holiday weekend, Mischa quickly fled Tinseltown for Moscow, where the troubled actress found momentary solace in an exciting new project… a coming-of-age drama about t.A.T.u.

In August of 2007 Nicole Richie is shown in this Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department booking

Angeles Sheriff’s Department.

It’s just another week in 2007.

Then in December that year the former O.C. star was pulled over after she was seen weaving between lanes.

Mischa Barton’s mugshot

The former star of The O.C., 21, was pulled over at 2:46 a.m. after her vehicle was seen straddling two lanes of traffic and she failed to signal when making a turn, according to an L.A. County Sheriff Department statement released Thursday. She was arrested for DUI and driving without a valid license.

“During Ms. Barton’s detention, it was determined that she was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage,” according to police. “Ms. Barton was arrested and transported to West Hollywood Sheriff’s station where the booking process was completed without incident.” The investigation is ongoing.

Shortly after 10 a.m., a West Hollywood deputy told PEOPLE: “Ms. Barton has been released from sheriff’s custody after she posted $10,000 bail.”

Initially, police also said she’d been arrested for possession of illegal narcotics, but no more details were available.

Nicole richie’s Memorial Day BBQ from hell is in my opinion from hell is in my opinion iconic moments what do you think of Nicole’s email to her fellow skinny pals do you think you could have survived the hollywood scene ?

The BLACKOUT album

Blackout, which is not only the greatest of all Britney’s albums, but one of the most innovative and influential pop albums of the past decade. It’s where America’s sweetheart changed her name to Mrs. Oh My God That Britney’s Shameless and got real, real dark on us. On Tuesday, October 30th, 2007, when the world was trying to write her off as a joke not for the first time, not for the last – Brit dropped music way too weird for the radio, all alien and distorted, warping her Southern drawl into a surly electro-punk sneer. Within a couple of years, everybody was trying to sound like this. It’s Britney, bitch.

Blackout is an avant-disco concept album about getting famous, not giving a fuck, getting divorced, not giving a fuck, getting publicly mocked and despised and humiliated. It’s an album about dancing on tables in a cloud of glitter and Cheeto dust. But mostly it’s an album about not giving a fuck. If our girl could emerge from the wreckage with an album like Blackout, there’s hope for us all.

Every now and then, a pop queen delivers a masterpiece that stops in the world in its tracks Blackout was not one of these masterpieces to everyone.

It got widely dismissed as a career-ending flop, in the wake of her disastrous performance of “Gimme More” on the MTV Video Music Awards, stumbling through her dance moves, giving up halfway through. People decided Blackout was a pitiful crash-and-burn from a has-been skin job.

2007 VMA’S

The performance was so bad that it caught the attention of South Park yes you read right South Park they did a whole episode on Britney Spears.

S12 Ep 2

Honestly can’t remember why half her face is missing I haven’t watched this episode in ages anyways.

Blackout is where Britney vents all her raging party-girl hostility, from the way she snarls “I’m Miss American dream since I was 17” in “Piece of Me” to the way she spits “stupid freaking things” in “Why Should I Be Sad.” No wonder the radio got scared away this is her version of Lou Reed’s nihilistic noise opus Metal Machine Music. We’ll never know if Lou listened to it, but surely he would have admired a statement like “Get Naked (I Got A Plan).” Nobody has ever been able to explain how Blackout happened how a star in mid-meltdown managed to document it all so vividly. It’s not like anybody sat down and decided to make a great album, least of all the artist herself out of twelve tracks, the only two she had a hand in writing were “Freakshow” and “Ooh Baby Baby.” There was no production mastermind pulling strings behind the scenes. Blackout had an all-star team of circa-2007 hitmakers: Danja, Jim Beanz, T-Pain, Bloodshy & Avant, Freescha, Fredwreck, Henri Jonback, the Neptunes, the Clutch. Yet they all outdid themselves. Sonically, the abrasive robo-screech was years ahead of its time. It’s almost as if the producers and writers were using Blackout as a beta test, trying out their craziest ideas on the assumption that the album would bomb and nobody would listen.

By the time Blackout came out in October, everybody figured Brit was over. “Gimme More” reached Number Three on career momentum, but it stopped the other singles cold; “Piece of Me” stalled at Number Eighteen while “Break The Ice” missed the Top Forty. If you were in NYC for Halloween 2007, you probably remember the streets were crawling with Britneys serving the “Gimme More” lewk; half the ladies on the L train that night kept screaming “It’s Britney, bitch!”

Blackout is one of my favourite Britney Albums Every single song from this album is on all my playlists and that’s on what…… periodt ok bye dolls I’ll probably do another blog on this whole era and the tea and scandals that went down around this time.

Until next time stream blackout xx

Lindsay Lohan’s F*CK List !

If you don’t know about the f*ck list, prepare to have your mind blown. Back in 2014, Lindsay was staying at the Beverly Hilton Hotel with her friends. For reasons unknown, Lindsay filled out a literal Scattergories playing cards with 36 names of people, all of whom it’s assumed she slept with at some point. There are a few names that have always remained blurred out in the photos, but there’s still a ton of material here. Let’s walk down memory list, and check in on some of the greatest hits of Lindsay Lohan’s fuck list.

This is a photo of the actual list Lindsay’s made at hotel with her friends she then left it at the hotel and then someone leaked it to the media

When asked about the list, Lohan said it was a “really personal thing” she created while in recovery that someone snuck a picture of and sent to the press. But why did she say she wrote the list in the first place?

“You know, I’m going to get serious for a second,” the actress told Andy Cohen. She went on to say that she was not behind the release of the list and someone else must have found it and snapped the picture.

She used it kinda like a cliffhanger to plug her project at the time: “I talk about it on the last episode on the OWN show, so to be continued.”

A few stars publicly denied that they belonged on Lohan’s list. One was actor James Franco. Another was Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine. A third was actor Ryan Phillippe.

According to E!, all three of those stars were asked about their inclusion by Howard Stern. Each one firmly refuted claims that they had been sexual with Lohan.

Franco lamented the scenario, noting to Stern that he and Lohan were once friends. Levine was not so friendly when he flatly denied the allegation. And Phillippe claimed that Lohan wanted to hookup with him, but he said it never happened.

this radio interview happened back in 2014

There were a few names, like Lohan’s ex Wilmer Valderrama and actor Colin Farrell, that seemed to be less surprising than others.

Zac Efron’s Smirky Reaction To Lindsay Lohan’s ‘Fuck List’ Said it all lmao

Around the time the list came out, Lohan had reportedly been living in Dubai and mostly staying out of the public eye.

By the way who do you think the six celebs that have never been revealed are lmk well on that note I guess there is such think as the burn book lmao.

The Lina Morgana & Lady Gaga Conspiracy Theory

Singer Lina Morgana passed away in 2008 but her death still remains a mystery. Strangely, she still gets linked to Lady Gaga.

She was an up-and-coming singer who rubbed shoulders with Lady Gaga.

Although reports claimed she passed away due to apparent suicide, readers remain puzzled on why her death never gained mass media attention. There was some exception of local coverage which didn’t reveal her identity.

Who was Lina Morgana?

Born 11 January 1989, Morgana was an up-and-coming singer-songwriter from Staten Island, New York. She was of Russian descent and her divorced parents were supportive of her career path.

The then 19 year old had her foot in the door through record producer Rob Fusari. He had worked with the likes of Destiny Child and Whitney Houston.

Less than two months later on 4 October 2008, it was reported Morgana had jumped from the roof of Staten Island Hotel, Graniteville she was taken to hospital in grave condition and later passed away.

Morgana’s mother, Yana, was involved in a legal battle with the hotel. She accused them of wrongful death, as noted in the documents.

However, information on the case is not available after 2011. There is no public record of whether it was dropped or reached a conclusion. One alleged family member claimed that they didn’t believe the published cause of death.

“I can tell you one thing right now: we, Lina’s family, do not believe that she had an intention to die. We, as a family, do not believe that Lina committed suicide,” her aunt wrote on Lina Morgana’s website.

The teen had recorded at least 24 songs and was set to release an album, but it never materialised.

Why is she linked to Lady Gaga?

Lady Gaga was eventually scouted by Fusari, who she dated reportedly for seven months.

Before her big break, Gaga real name Stefani Germanotta served as Morgana’s backup singer and co-writer. They allegedly created at least 10 songs, but only one was officially released under Morgana’s name, titled Wunderland.

As we know, however, it was Mother Monster who subsequently shot to fame with debut album The Fame, in August 2008.

Lina Morgana’s mother is making some shocking claims about Lady Gaga, who’s usually the one doing the shocking. Yana Morgana says that her daughter and Gaga were tight back when Lady Gaga (aka Stefani Germanotta) was more likely to watch Muppets rather than wear them. Yana claims Gaga stole
her late daughter’s style, her daring fashions.

Yana says that Stefani, as she was then known, was not flashy or outrageous when she met the Morganas in 2007. In fact, the future Gaga came from a privileged background. Stefani and Lina met through a common record producer, who hoped that Lina could sing the songs Stefani wrote. She went onto say I’m not looking to file a lawsuit Yana stressed. I just want them to acknowledge Lina as an artist and release her music. Yana then said to the New York Post Lady Gaga is holding Lina’s soul and I want her soul to be free.

Every other word she says is from Lina. She talks about having a dark and tragic life, but she had everything she wanted in the world.
She went to the same high school as Nicky Hilton, her parents were rich. But Lina did have a tough life, and she often talked about her tragic life.”

I don’t think Gaga killed Lina Morgana. Lina Morgana would have been the next big thing in pop music her voice is sounded so good and her attitude was so out there and I think she had so much more to offer.

so on that note RIP Lina Morgana may your soul and spirit live on.

Dear bimbocouture

Hi everyone bimbocouture here it has come to my attention that another blogger / user also known as bimbocouture
has been calling me out on copying her which is so dumb i started this blog just for fun and to talk about shit I found funny or scandalous it’s my website and if people wanted to read it they could.

I understand that yes we have the same website name yes we have the same user but we post absolutely different things they put little looks together and talk about goals and plastic surgery where I talk about the early 2000s scandals and YouTube drama.

The comment I left on her video is me yes and it was a joke and tbh for her to take that serious and try to drag me is so sad their probably way older than me and could have just ignored it. The Comment was from back in the summer when I literally had under 100 followers like gurl come on. Your TikTok account was inactive and it took you only now to reply to it I had totally forgotten about it when you commented on my TikTok awhile ago I was confused because I didn’t know who you were.

For you to sit there at home and drag a small creator is sickening to me there are thousands of bimbocoutures across all social media platforms and I feel like your seeing me slowly catching up to you your scared or jealous yes my website is shit so what I’m not a full time blogger me clapping back at you is me standing up for myself you obviously can’t take a joke if you we’re mature about it you could have sent me a message not leaving a bitchy comment on my TikTok.

And to be honest you probably couldn’t care less how many followers I have who knows it’s just why now a five month old comment pushed to call me out like wow.

So Bimbocouture next time you have a problem or a question dm me other than that I’ll get on with my wonderful and fabulous life and you get on with yours.

The Story of Lindsay Lohan & Paris Hilton’s Feud

If you grew up in the early 2000s, you’re accustomed to the onslaught of celebrity feuds that defined this era of pop culture history.

One of the most memorable disputes occurred between Hollywood “It” girls Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan. Known for their excessive partying and crazy antics, both Hilton and Lohan were frequently featured on the front page of tabloids across the world. The two starlets were seemingly inseparable for a good portion of the noughties until their friendship swiftly descended into an ugly feud before pivoting back to friendship and then diving back into the drama pool again.

Trying to keep track of whether they were fighting or making up was an impossible task. The rift between Lohan and Hilton originated in 2006, when Lohan started dating Hilton’s ex-boyfriend Stavros Niarchos. Around the same time, a video emerged of Hilton talking to Brandon Davis, the son of an oil tycoon, as Davis said several disparaging things about Lohan without Hilton interjecting on her friend’s behalf. Thus began one of the most tumultuous celebrity squabbles in recent history.

Lohan and Hilton were battling some intense demons in the early 2000s. Both women partied heavily, were known for their problematic drug habits, and were frequently seen drinking and driving together. It seems as though these two were magically friends one day thanks to the sudden flurry of paparazzi attention surrounding their newly discovered bond.

The first recorded date on their friendship timeline is often penned as May 17, 2006, the night of the infamous Hilton-Davis conversation where Davis said some pretty rough things about Lohan, so it’s hard to imagine a time where they actually got along

Perhaps the most confusing aspect of their feud is how frequently they would return to their friendly antics as if nothing had happened. One night they would be fighting at some hip Hollywood club and the next night they would be photographed in a car together with fellow celeb Britney Spears. Hilton herself referred to the group as “The Holy Trinity” after the paparazzi snaps were released, a moniker that has stuck around as long as her party girl reputation.

Through all of this, Lohan and Hilton would cycle through various stages of fighting and reconciliation, bringing a whole new meaning to the term frenemy.

Throughout the 2000s, Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton would feed information to paparazzi about one another, then immediately deny what was said when pressed about it during their next public appearance.

When Lohan was confronted about a NSFW comment she made about Hilton mere moments before, she adamantly denied saying it and insisted, “I never said that. I love Paris. Paris is my friend.”

Paris started to look like a bully. A video went viral wherein Paris Hilton was seen audibly laughing as her friend, Brandon Davis, went on to insult Lindsay Lohan to the paparazzi. As reported by E!, Davis said, “I think she’s worth about $7 million, which means she’s really poor. It’s disgusting. She lives in a motel.”

He even body-shamed the Hollywood actress, branding her a “fire cr*tch” and rhetorically asked, “Who would want to f–k her?” while Hilton laughed beside him as she holds a phone to her ear. While Hilton’s publicist defended her, Davis later issued a public apology.

Brandon Davis said to Page Six, “What started out as a joke got completely carried away, I am horrified at the words that came out of my mouth.” Lindsay Lohan spoke about the video for the first time months later the apology. Talking to ELLE U.S., Lohan fired back at Paris Hilton, shaming her for her infamous s*x tape, saying, “Obviously, she’s very comfortable making videos.”

The actress claimed Davis and Hilton prank called her afterward and said the socialite also pulled her aside at a club after she had called Niarchos. Lohan insisted she wasn’t in a love triangle with the exes. “I would never fight with a girl over a guy,” she said. “It’s bad karma.”

Their on-and-off friendship went on for years. It involved a lot of name-callings and denying the accusations between Lindsay and Paris Hilton. Their feud was widely publicized and went on for nearly 20 years. It was only in 2021 that both buried their hatchet and patched things up.

The socialite appeared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen and said, “I just feel like we’re grown-ups now. I just got married. She just got engaged. We’re not in high school. I think it was just very immature and now everything is all good.”

“I saw that she got engaged when I was on my honeymoon, and I just said congratulations,” Paris Hilton explained of how they got back in touch.

The Bling Ring

A group of seven teenagers and young adults based in and around Calabasas California, convicted of multiple thefts. They broke into the homes of several high-profile celebrities over a period believed to have been between October 2008 through August 2009. Their activities resulted in the theft of about $3 million in cash and belongings. Much of the stolen property belonged to socialite Paris Hilton, whose house was broken into several times, though over fifty homes were reportedly targeted.

Members of The Bling Ring

Rachel Lee – the supposed ringleader of the group. Nick Prugo, Alexis Neiers, Diana Tamayo, Courtney Ames, Johnny Ajar and Roy Lopez Jr.

From 2008 to 2009, HollyWood suffered from one of its biggest heists to date, but the masterminds weren’t high-profile criminals. Instead, they turned out to be a group of attention-seeking teenagers and one young adult. This group included Rachel Lee, Alexis Neiers (now Alexis Haines), Nick Prugo (now Nick Norgo), Tess Taylor, Diana Tamayo, Courtney Ames, Johnny Ajar, and Roy Lopez. The fame-seeking group spent nearly a whole year breaking into the homes of some of Hollywood’s most elite and stealing an array of items like clothes, shoes, purses, and even drugs.

The juicy catch? The teens weren’t stealing to sell off the items and become rich, but rather to try to become celebrities themselves. They were so enamored by the idea of stardom that they stole items from the mansions of these celebrities all in the name of fame. Not only did they keep the items they stole, but paraded around L.A. confidently wearing all of these designer things. Imagine a real-life Ocean’s 8, but the thieves hijacked Paris Hilton’s mansion.

October 2008

Alleged mastermind Lee and Prugo teamed up for their first celebrity burglary at Paris Hilton’s home. When they arrived at the front door, the door was unlocked and they invited themselves inside. Considering this was their first major robbery, the pair only stole a small number of items consisting of clothes, jewelery, and some cash found inside the purses in her closet.

Though this was the first time the duo had taken from a celebrity home, that is not to be confused with Lee and Prugo being novices in robbery itself. Lee already had a past history of stealing before befriending Prugo. After becoming friends, the pair fell into various bad habits with one of the said habits being stealing money from unlocked luxury cars. They had also committed a residential burglary before breaking into Hilton’s home.

The robbery took place at the home of one of Prugo’s online acquaintances who posted that he was going to be out of town for 11 days. After sneaking in, Lee and Prugo stole a cash box from the master bedroom that had around $38,000 inside. Paris Hilton was a constant target of the Bling Ring bunch.

December 19, 2008

Lee and Prugo had gotten so comfortable with stealing from the Hilton’s mansion that they came back multiple times. The second time they went, the door was locked but Lee had found a key under the doormat. Their comfortability was so high that kept the key for future purposes.

Prugo and Lee typically stole some clothes and whatever cash they could find in her bags, but eventually no more cash was to be found. To still receive their payday, Lee recruited Lopez for the last robbery from Hilton. The burglary took place in mid-December of 2009, and around $2 million dollars worth of jewelry was ransacked from Hilton’s house.

Prior to this event, Hilton hadn’t even realized that her home was being stolen from, but millions of dollars worth of jewelery being taken was the eye opener she needed. Hilton’s security tape caught Lopez in the act, but his face was not recognizable. The cops were called immediately, but ultimately the police had no big leads and no arrests were made.

February 22, 2009

The teens broke into the home of Audrina Patridge and stole a reported $43,000 worth of items. Partridge’s security camera caught the whole break-in on tape which she turned over to the police to help unveil the identities of the culprits. The footage was posted online via TMZ, hoping that someone knew who these teens were and could be identified. However, the attempt was unsuccessful, and the robberies continued on.

April-May 2009

The hustle didn’t stop for these stardom-obsessed criminals. For every house they broke into, their egos only grew and their confidence was at an all-time high. The ring eventually robbed the home of The O.C actress Rachel Bilson. This occurrence happened six times within the months of April through May in 2009. The group collectively stole around $130,00 worth of valuables including her mother’s engagement ring and Bilson’s passport. The group had gotten so comfortable breaking into Bilson’s home that Lee had later confessed to using Bilson’s bathroom during one of their plunders.

Additionally, in May 2009 Neiers and her family started the filming of their show Pretty Wild. The premise of the show was supposed to be similar to Keeping Up With The Kardashians, but a more hippie version. Reality TV was the way to fame in this era, and the Neiers family was willing to do anything to get there.

July 13, 2009

Prugo, Neiers, Lee, and Tamayo showed up to the Hollywood Hills with Orlando Bloom’s home next on their hit list. According to Neiers, though she was aware her friends’ did shady business, she did not realize the extent of their crimes and had not been involved in any of the other break-ins up to this point. She also claims that she was so under the influence of drugs during the Bloom burglary that she wasn’t even fully present. The group broke into the property and robbed over $500,000 worth of items from the British actor. Clothes, jewelry, Louis Vuitton , and a whole line of Rolex Watches were all up for grabs.

August 26, 2009

The ring’s era of burglary officially came to end after breaking and entering the home of Lindsay Lohan . Tamayo, Lee, and Prugo had stolen around $130,00 worth of jewelry, clothes, and valuable items from Lohan’s house. It was Lohan’s security camera that was able to stop the group in their tracks after finally having further facial features unveiled. Lohan’s footage along with Patridge’s security camera from earlier that year, combined with anonymous tips from TMZ, helped the police get closer to uncovering who was involved. However, in the new Netflix documentary, Neiers reveals it was her and her sister Tess Taylor, unbeknownst to anyone in the group, who called the police and gave them Prugo’s name.

September-October 2009

After a year of invoking chaos, fear, and paranoia among the Hollywood stars, arrests were finally made after the police figured out the individuals involved. On September 17, Prugo was the first one to be arrested where he initially stayed silent and denied all accusations. After his lawyer assured Prugo that he had an immunity deal with the police and that he would walk away with no jail time if he confessed everything, Prugo gave a detailed account to the police of every break-in, who was involved, and what they took. However, according to prosecutors and officers, no immunity deal ever existed.

On October 22, search warrants were issued and the rest of the ring was officially arrested. Six of the eight members were charged with various counts of residential burglary. Prugo was charged with seven counts, Lee with three counts, Tamayo with two counts, and Neiers, Ames, and Lopez were all charged with one count. Ajar was not charged with residential burglary, but he was later arrested for possession of narcotics and firearms.

2010-2013

The court cases had commenced. Over the next few years, the group faced the consequences of their actions and sentences were finally given. Neiers’s legal team strategized to take the case to trial, confident with the defense they had. However, it was revealed that Bloom was open to taking the stand, leaving Neiers (and the others) with practically no hope of winning or receiving a minimum punishment.

Neiers pled no contest to the charges and was given six months of jail time, three years probation, a two-year sentence suspension, and paid restitution to Bloom. Ultimately she only spent a little over a month in jail. Lee pled no contest to her charges and was sentenced to four years in prison—though she only served 16 months after being granted parole in March 2013.

Prugo pled no contest to two of his counts and was sentenced to two years in prison. He was released early in April 2013 after serving one year. For Ames, Tamaya, and Lopez, the prosecution was ready to go to trial, but a conflict of interest arose with the investigator (he was hired as a consultant on The Bling Ring film). As a result, the remaining culprits were given a light sentence. Ames was sentenced to three years probation and 60 days of community service. Tamayo was also sentenced to three years of probation and 60 days of community service after pleading no contest. Lopez was sentenced to three years probation after pleading no contest to his count. Ajar pled no contest to his charges and was sentenced to three years of jail time, but was eventually released early after serving a little less than a year in jail.

In the midst of all the court proceedings and the aftermath of the whole debacle, Vanity Fair released an article written by Nancy Jo Sales. Sales had interviewed Neiers with Neiers under the impression it was going to be a piece that spun her in a positive light. The article actually gave a whole run-through of the heist story and alluded to Neiers as the face of the ring even though her involvement was relatively minimal compared to Lee and Prugo.

March 2010

Alexis Neiers’s TV show Pretty Wild premiered on E! Entertainment. Originally, the show was meant to focus on the life of Neiers and her family as they navigated life in Hollywood. However, from the first episode, it documented the arrest of Neiers, though she wasn’t officially charged with a sentence yet. For most of the season, Pretty Wild was predominantly centered around Neiers’s legal troubles. The show didn’t last long and was shut down after one season.

June 2013

A move about the bling ring hit the big screen, and this time it was a major success. Directed by Sofia Coppola, The Bling Ring starred Emma Watson, Katie Chang, Israel Broussard, Claire Julien, and Taissa Farmiga. Even Paris Hilton paid her contributions to the movie by allowing Coppola’s crew to film in her actual house for one of the scenes. For all the success of Coppola’s version, it was also met with some backlash for failing to emphasize the severity of the situation.

September 2022

Netflix has claimed official rights to the story and has released the docuseries, The Real Bling Ring: Hollywood Heist. Unlike the movie adaptations, the Netflix series provides first-hand accounts and personal interviews with two of the culprits, one of the victims, and multiple lawyers that were involved in the case. This will be the first time that the members of the ring will get to speak on their own behalf and recount their version of the story.

Tbh this whole thing is scandalous and some of the members got the fame they wanted but other are gone under the radar. The movie is iconic I love it and even though Pretty Wild had one season on E I still rewatch it time to time.

Anyways that’s the story of The Bling Ring pretty much I know I didn’t cover any of the court stuff but that’s for another time.

The Evolution Of Lady Gaga #1

Born Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta in 1986, Gaga was raised by Italian-American parents.

She and her parents Joseph, an Internet entrepreneur, and Cynthia, a Verizon executive lived in a duplex on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Gaga is known for her work ethic and her studiousness and it started because her parents cared deeply about education from a young age and enrolled their daughter at Convent of the Sacred Heart, an Upper East Side private Catholic school. That’s where the merciless bullying began.

“I used to do these really big Evita brows,” Gaga told Rolling Stone in 2011. “I used to self-tan, and I had this really intense tan in school, and people would say, ‘Why the fuck are you so orange, why do you do your hair that way, are you a dyke? Why do you have to look like that for school?’ I used to be called a slut, be called this, be called that. I didn’t even want to go to school sometimes.”

But Gaga credits that bullying, for better and for worse, with her drive to overcome. “Bullying really stays with you your whole life,” she told Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer. “And it really, really never goes away. And I know you’re using words like ‘superstar’ and ‘most-Googled’ and ‘billions of YouTube [views].’ But I was never the winner. I was always the loser. And that still stays with me. And do I want to stick it to anybody? No. I just wanna make music.”

When Gaga turned 11, she started taking vocal lessons from Christina Aguilera’s singing coach, Don Lawrence. She still takes lessons from Lawrence to this day; to prep for her Sound of Music tribute, Gaga practiced with him every single day for half a year leading up to the performance. As a kid, she learned classical piano and took a full day of acting classes every Saturday. She never underestimated the value of thoughtful study as a child in a classic rock cover band or as a grown superstar.

“I was classically trained as a pianist and that innately teaches you how to write a pop song,” Gaga told the Telegraph. “Because when you learn Bach inversions, it has the same sort of modulations between the chords. It’s all about tension and release.”

Though always grateful for her education, Gaga wasn’t afraid to take risks. After surviving high school, Gaga enrolled in NYU Tisch School of the Arts, but it wasn’t long before she dropped out to become a rock star. “I left my entire family, got the cheapest apartment I could find and ate shit until somebody would listen,” she told New York Magazine.

It seemed like she’d be successful at first. At 19 years old, Gaga signed to Def Jam records. But after three months, the label delivered a crushing blow and dropped her. “It just wasn’t for them,” she told the Sunday Times. By then, she was used to bouncing back.

To her father’s chagrin, Gaga had moved to the Lower East Side, where she dabbled in cocaine and danced in dive bar burlesque shows. “I was onstage in a thong, with a fringe hanging over my ass thinking that had covered it, lighting hairsprays on fire, go-go dancing to Black Sabbath and singing songs about oral sex,” she told the Telegraph.

But in 2008, Gaga’s then-boyfriend Rob Fusari brought Gaga to Interscope records as a songwriter, where she composed hits for New Kids on the Block (whom she also toured with early on), Fergie, the Pussycat Dolls and Britney Spears. While singing a reference vocal for a song she had written, Gaga caught the ear of R&B songwriter Akon; he signed Gaga to his own label. Her moment had come.

Gaga had a goodbye party with her lowersides friends of New York from a Bar. The next day she flew to Los Angeles to meet RedOne in the studio and still hungover, she wrote JustDance in ten minutes as “A happy record”. In a week, they wrote together PokerFace and LoveGame. After that, she signed a recording deal with Interscope and began officially the production of her Debut album Also, she was sent to write songs with Akon for Tami Chynn, an artist signed to Konvict Muzik in Atlanta. For the first time, Akon recognized her vocal abilities during her singing of a reference vocal to one of his tracks in the studio.

Within the year, Gaga had released her first album, The Fame, to critical and popular acclaim. “It’d be easy to dismiss a 22-year-old debut artist sporting a blonde Cher wig, hooded Catwoman suit and glowing staff she calls the ‘disco stick’ — but not if she delivers an album full of hits,” Billboard wrote in their praising review. “The full-length The Fameproves she’s more than one hit and a bag of stage tricks.” The album went on to sell more than 4 million units. It made her a legend, and she began returning the favour to her fans almost immediately.

When we were working, Akon would say, ‘Get in the booth and cut these vocals,’ and he’d always tell me I could really sing. So he decided he wanted to be a part of my music,” Gaga said about working with Akon, who ultimately convinced Interscope-Geffen-A&M Chairman and CEO Jimmy Iovine to sign her to a joint deal with Konlive. “He spoke to Jimmy, and we decided to become a big family.” Lady Gaga

As a result, she was commissioned by Interscope to write for labelmates New Kids on the Block with RedOne, Nicole Scherzinger’s solo album and the Pussycat Dolls with Rondey DJ and some others with Akon. Two of hers songs was picked by Britney Spears and recorded but only one was released, “Quicksand” as a bonus track in Europe. Gaga also joined the roster of Cherrytree Records, an Interscope imprint established by producer and songwriter Martin Kierszenbaum, after co-writing four songs with Kierszenbaum.

In May of 2008, Gaga and the Haus debuted the DiscoStick and the “Fame” glasses made of frozen acrylic. She also did her first live performance on television at the 2008 NewNowNext Awards.

Official launch party of Sessions on Sunset at Studio 944. Interscope and Guitar Hero sponsored the party as well as Asahi, Belvedere and Bling Water. She used a “Nord Lead 3” synthesizer.

Dramageddon 2.0

If you haven’t checked out part one of all this internet drama then go check that out before reading this.

It took less than a year for another YouTuber to be dramatically canceled based at least in part on a rift with a friend.

Tati Westbrook is a 37-year-old makeup YouTuber who also owns Halo Beauty, a supplement company that sells gummy vitamins for strengthening hair and nails. Her direct competitor is Sugar Bear Hair, a similar company whose products have been endorsed by a variety of influencers, including the Kardashian-Jenner clan.

Tati has been “like a mother” to James, according to James himself. She took the budding star under her wing when his career was just kicking off — and he even did her wedding makeup.

Keeping up? Good, because this is where it gets messy.

On April 22, James posted an endorsement for Sugar Bear Hair on his Instagram story after the company supposedly helped him with a security issue during Coachella. Without naming names, Tati said she felt “lost” and “betrayed” on her Instagram story.

On May 10, 2019, a bitter war broke out when beauty YouTuber Tati Westbrook released an explosive video accusing her former friend and YouTube star James Charles of being backstabbing and manipulative. She also made several accusations about his alleged inappropriate behavior around straight men.

“When you do so much for people in your life and they not only don’t return the favor, but they just don’t even see you,” Tati said in her tearful video. “I feel really used.”

James publicly apologized in similarly teary Instagram story the next day, and told his followers that he “did not think about the competition.”

“She has been like a mother to me since my first days in this industry,” he said in his public apology, adding that he didn’t accept any money for the post and that he uses Tati’s vitamin brand daily. “And has given me more love, support, resources, and advice than I could ever ask for.”

Fellow makeup YouTuber Gabriel Zamora who you might remember from Dramageddon 1 weighed in on the situation. In a video posted on May 4, he chided Tati for her immature reaction.

“All these videos are being made where James is being made out to be this horrible human being and I’m just confused as to what happened,” Gabriel said.

In response, Tati posted a video on Friday titled “BYE SISTER,” a play on James’ signature vlog intro, “Hi sisters!” The lengthy video dives into why Tati felt unappreciated by James, from his hesitation to promote her brand to his reluctance to collaborate with her. She publicly severed ties with him, concluding that it was “painful to lose someone you care about, that you thought would be in your life forever, but the chapter’s closed.”

Fans started unsubscribing from Charles immediately, and he lost over 3 million subscribers in a matter of days. Followers, having already witnessed the downfall of three influencers, turned unfollowing Charles into an internet-wide sport, with livestreams on YouTube tracking his follower loss.

The whole saga was dubbed “Dramageddon 2.0” for its similarities to the previous feud: both featured incredibly high-profile friendships which had suddenly broken down in front of an audience.

Charles released a video telling his own side of the story a week later and gained back all of his lost subscribers. Soon afterward,YouTube changed how it would be displaying followers, meaning livestreaming drops in popularity was no longer possible. Since dropping the video, Tati has been rapidly gaining followers as James loses them. Twitter users and other influencers paid attention. James has lost more than 2.5 million subscribers in three days.

But the backlash isn’t just over snubbing a friend it’s over a much more concerning issue. Although the majority of the video was about her personal relationship with James, it also shed light on his toxic habit of allegedly sexually harassing straight men. “Oh my god, you tried to trick a straight man into thinking he’s gay yet again,” Tati ranted in her video, recalling a phone conversation she recently had with James. “And somehow, you’re the victim.”

James has also publicly hit on Shawn Mendes, leaving suggestive comments on the singer’s Instagram live videos and tweets.

He later apologized in a tweet and said he was “sorry if he [Shawn] felt sexually harassed.” After Tati’s video, others came forward. Someone who claimed to be a former classmate tweeted that James allegedly sexually assaulted her friend. Singer Zara Larsson also tweeted that James repeatedly hit on her boyfriend, despite knowing that he’s straight. And in a supercut of James’ vlogs, a Twitter user showed the numerous times the beauty guru admitted he enjoyed pursuing heterosexual men because “it’s easier than you think.” It’s about time James Charles stopped getting a pass for his repeatedly toxic behavior. But why did it take a video from Tati for the internet to finally cancel him?

People started to questioning why Tati protected James for years, despite public knowledge that he harassed men both in person and on social media. And others pointed out how hypocritical it was for Jeffree Star, another member of the YouTube beauty community, to speak out against James despite his own problematic past. Star has since deleted his tweet. Is James Charles being canceled because of his actions, or because the internet loves drama? It’s been nearly a year since Dramageddon tore Beautube apart, exposing multiple YouTubers for their racist tweets.

Somehow, James’ own racist remarks weren’t pulled into the whirlwind of cancellation. When he made a transphobic comment earlier in 2019 about how he wasn’t “full gay” because he had been attracted to trans men, he received some backlash but got away relatively unscathed. Why is it Tati’s video that’s tanking his career?

Maybe it’s because the internet is willing to give a pass to its faves, until it’s time to grab some popcorn and watch a feud go down. It’s goodthat the internet is finally done with James — the face of the beauty community absolutely should not be a predator. But nobody paid attention or sought to hold him accountable until there was a friendship break up involved.

The influencers at the center of Dramageddon have more or less recovered from 2018’s Beautube culling. Gabriel Zamora continues to make videos. Nikita Dragun was just profiled in Forbes. Manny MUA is still releasing products from his makeup line, Lunar Beauty. Even Laura Lee, whose iconically terrible apology video fueled Twitter memes for weeks, seems fine according to Insta.

Will James Charles’ cancellation last, or will the internet accept him into the fold again like it did with Jeffree Star? Despite his many controversies, Star is a multimillionaire thriving on top of a massive beauty empire.

Will he always be canceled? Hopefully. Will more makeup-centered drama go down in the near future and take down more racist, transphobic predators? God, we hope so.

Dramageddon 1

Today we’re gonna talk about how YouTube’s beauty community fell apart with an explosive feud called ‘Dramageddon’.

Four beauty YouTubers became hugely popular thanks to their perceived public friendship. Jeffree Star, Manny MUA, Laura Lee, and Nikita Dragun were four of the biggest beauty YouTubers in 2017.

They used to collaborate on each others’ channels regularly, building up each others’ names and brands in the beauty world. Jeffree , Manny, and Laura in particular were often spotted hanging out together.

In May 2017, Manny called Jeffree his “bestie when he did his makeup in a joint video. Jeffree also commented under a video of him and Laura in July 2017, saying “I always have the best time filming with Laura.”

Their audience perceived them to be friends, and they were able to grow their channels in part thanks to the cross-promotion across their audiences.

Throughout 2017, it appeared the friendship had begun to deteriorate. Some onlookers believe trio slowly started to break apart when Manny, Dragun, and Lee started replacing Star with Gabriel Zamora, another beauty YouTuber, in the latter half of the year.

In November 2017, Star tweeted that Lee’s soul was “pure evil” after saying he had removed “a lot of negative people” from his life.

This was taken as final confirmation their friendship was over.

Months later, it was Shane Dawson’s docu-series about Jeffree Star that re-fueled the drama.

The friendship breakdown wasn’t brought back up again until Star appeared in a four-part docuseries with YouTuber Shane Dawson, known as the king of YouTube , at the beginning of August 2018. In “The Secret World of Jeffree Star,” which has over 50 million views, Dawson met Star properly for the first time, and was shown his ornate mansion and opulent way of life.

Star opened up to Dawson about his past mistakes. There are several videos of Star on the internet from his early career on MySpace in the late 2000s, where he would shout aggressively at people in the street, sometimes using racial slurs. Fellow beauty guru Jackie Aina also accused Star of using the n word in 2017 . Star apologized for using offensive language in a video titled “RACISM.” Star’s racist past would arguably become the jumping-off point for Dramageddon.

In Dawson’s series, Star alluded to his feud with Gutierrez, Lee, Zamora, and Dragun.

“With my ex-friends, people still don’t really know what went on,” he told Dawson, adding that he was always perceived as “the fucking bad guy.”

A photo tweeted out in August 2018, changed the YouTube beauty landscape forever.

In August 2018, Zamora tweeted a photo that would change the beauty community on YouTube changed forever.

It showed him, Dragun, Manny, and Lee giving the camera the middle finger.

“Bitch is bitter because without him we’re doing better,” the caption read, which sent the internet into meltdown. The photo was widely believed to be targeted at Jeffree Star.

His fans reacted to this photo, kickstarting what would become known as “Dramageddon.”

The immediate aftermath was ugly as fanbases turned on each other.

Fans quickly worked out that Zamora’s photo caption was aimed at Star, which Zamora has since confirmed.

Star’s fans supported him and were angry as they perceived him to be under attack from Zamora and Star’s former friends. In response to tweets, Zamora said “Imagine stanning a racist? I could never.”

“Honey, every time I was around him he would constantly say racist things about black people,” he added.

But the comment didn’t get a positive response. Star’s followers rushed to his defense and started digging up tweets the rest of the group had made in the past.

Old tweets came back to haunt many of those involved.

One unearthed tweet was posted to Lee’s account in 2012, reading, “Tip for all black people if you pull ur pants up you can run from the police faster.. #yourwelcome.”

In the aftermath, she lost about 500,000 subscribers (over 160,000 in one day), which led to one of the most infamous apology videos of all time. Viewers called Lee out and mocked her for heavy editing with dozens of jump cuts, sparking a fascination with the YouTube apology video genre which remains ongoing to this day.

Gutierrez, Zamora, and Dragun all came under fire too. In 2012, Zamora had tweeted the N-word, while Dragun had said in 2012 that she “could never” imagine being Black.

Gutierrez received criticism for a Snapchat video where he acted suspicious of an Uber driver who couldn’t speak English, and lost about 200,000 subscribers during Dramageddon.

In the flurry of backlash, Lee and Gutierrez, who had initially liked Zamora’s middle-finger tweet, backtracked. They said they hadn’t viewed the caption beforehand.

In a video titled “My Truth” on August 22, 2018, Zamora said he had felt “abandoned” by his friends Lee and Gutierrez when they hadn’t supported him. He also confirmed the tweet had been aimed at Star. He said he had called Star to apologize, who had told him the “other side” of the story of Star and Gutierrez’s friendship breakdown.

At the end of the video, Zamora called Manny “toxic” and said he was cutting him and Lee out of his life.

Dramageddon was the first time beauty creators were dramatically ‘canceled,’ and drama channels meticulously covered it.

Since then, Manny and Lee have remained friends, while Zamora hasn’t collaborated with either of them since. Lee has built her reputation back up by focusing on beauty and fashion content, and sharing her experience of adopting her niece.

Manny spoke out against cancel culture just over a year later in September 2019, calling it toxic and disgusting.

In February 2020 he took two months off YouTube where he started going to therapy to make sense of what happened. He said he had always considered himself as a mentally strong person, until he experienced “probably the worst thing I have ever gone through in my entire life.”

Many YouTube channels that cover drama on the platform saw huge growth thanks to their coverage of Dramageddon, as fans were desperate to learn more about the feud. Drama YouTuber Dustin Dailey, for instance, had many more videos go viral after meticulously covering the drama.

“For a long time it was shade back and forth,” he told Insider. “So that’s what we reported on, and it was fun. It wasn’t like a serious thing.”

It also marked one of the first times that such popular beauty influencers were dramatically “canceled” based on past behavior that viewers perceived to be problematic but it wasn’t the last we saw something like this…

The Club Kidz

The Club Kids were a group of young New York City dance club personalities popularized by Micheal Alig, James St. James, Julie Jewels, Astro Erle, Michael Tronn, DJ Keoki, RuPaul and Ernie Glam in the late 1980s, and throughout the 1990s would grow to include the icon herself Miss Amanda Lepore, Waltpaper , Christopher Comp, It Twins, Jennytalia (Jenny Dembrow), Desi Monster (Desi Santiago), Keda, Kabuki Starshine, and Richie Rich. The group was notable for its members’ flamboyant behavior and outrageous costumes. In 1988, writer Micheal Musto wrote about the Club Kids’ “cult of crazy fashion and petulance”: “They … are terminally superficial, have dubious aesthetic values, and are master manipulators, exploiters, and, thank God, partiers.

The group was also recognized as an artistic and fashion-conscious youth culture. They were a definitive force in New York City’s underground club culture at the time. Several Club Kids have made long-lasting contributions to mainstream art and fashion. According to former Club Kid Waltpaper, “The nightclub for me was like a laboratory, a place where you were encouraged and rewarded for experimentation. However, Alig was plagued by heavy drug use. He began adding drug dealers to the Club Kids roster and Peter Gatien’s payroll, and increasing numbers of Club Kids became addicted to drugs.

The movement began to decline when Rudy Gatien’s took office as mayor of New York in 1994, targeting the city’s nightlife industry with his Quality of Life campaign. It eventually collapsed after Alig was arrested for the killing and dismemberment of his roommate and fellow club kid Angel Melendez and Peter Gatien was charged with tax evasion and deported to Canada.

Alig moved to New York City from his hometown—South Bend, Indiana—in 1984 and began hosting small events. In 1987, he supplanted Andy Warhol as a leading New York partier; in an article in Interview, Alig said: “We were all going to become Warhol Superstars and move into The Factory. The funny thing was that everybody had the same idea: not to dress up but to make fun of people who dressed up. We changed our names like they did, and we dressed up in outrageously crazy outfits in order to be a satire of them—only we ended up becoming what we were satirizing.

The Club Kids’ aesthetic emphasized outrageousness, “fabulousness”, and sex. Gender was fluid, and everything was DIY. In Musto’s words: “It was a statement of individuality and sexuality which ran the gamut, and it was a form of tapping into an inner fabulousness within themselves and bringing it out.

As the group’s influence grew, they spread from the back rooms of lesser-known clubs to venues such as Area, Rudolf Piper’s Danceteria, and the Palladium. From there, Alig and his gang went on to run Peter Gatien’s club network, including Club USA, Palladium, Tunnel, and The Limelight. To draw crowds into these venues, Alig and the Club Kids began holding guerilla-style “outlaw parties”, where, fully costumed and ready to party, they would hijack locations like Burger King, Dunkin’ Donuts, McDonald’s, ATM vestibules, the old High Linetracks before their conversion to a park, and the New York City Subway blasting music from a boombox and dancing until the police cleared them out. Alig even “threw a party in a cardboard shantytown rented from its homeless inhabitants” gwhom he paid with cash and crack cocaine.

He ensured that such events always happened in the vicinity of an actual club to which the group could decamp. At the height of their cultural popularity, the Club Kids toured the United States (throwing parties, “certifying” those clubs for inclusion in the Club Kids network, and recruiting new members and appeared on several talk shows, including Geraldo, The Joan Rivers Show, and the Phil Donahue Show.

As the 1990s began, the front line of the Club Kids became occupied by a younger group of dynamic personalities that were discovered and mentored by Alig, such as Waltpaper, Jennytalia (Jenny Dembrow), Desi Monster (Desi Santiago), Astro Erle, Christopher Comp, Pebbles, Keda, Kabuki Starshine, Sacred Boy, Sushi, Lil Keni, DJ Whillyem, Aphrodita, Lila Wolfe and Richie Rich. Many of these primary Club Kids lived together communally in large triplex apartments, and at the Chelsea Hotel and Hotel 17.

Prominent music personalities, such as Bjork, then singer of the band Sugarcubes, were seen hanging with the Club Kids. With Techno and the incoming rave scene, fashion began to soften into an ambiguous gender-fluid style, which melded references to the Club Kids with skate, indie, hip-hop, and grunge. Brands began casting street models and club personalities in shows, campaigns and music videos. Actress Chloë Sevigny emerged from the group at this time, and frequently modeled with Waltpaper, Jennytalia, DJ Whillyem, and Karliin Mann for brands like JYSP Johnson, Calvin Klein, and Jean-Paul Gaultier and in various editorials that showcased Rave vs. Club Kid style for magazines, including Paper, Max, Project X, Interview, Detailsand High Times.

The movement’s decline was marked by an event on Sunday, March 17, 1996, when Alig and his roommate Robert “Freeze” Riggs killed former Limelight employee and reputed drug dealer Andre “Angel” Melendez. After nine months, Alig and Riggs were arrested. EThe group dissipated in the mid-1990s after Mayor Rudy Giuliani‘s “Quality of Life” crackdown on Manhattan’s nightclubs.

Many of the members of the Club Kids distanced themselves from Alig as details of the murder were released and branded by the press and through documentaries such as Party Monster. Waltpaper stated in Interview: “I would say a lot of the community felt our experience of the time was hijacked by that Party Monster narrative…That’s not the New York I knew. That narrative doesn’t include the creativity, vibrancy, and cultural impact that I experienced.” For his 2019 book, New York: Club Kids, Cassidy weaves an optimistic narrative where a bunch of misfits made a wonderland by being themselves.

So what do you think is it time for the new wave of artistic misfits to make a comeback willthe Club Kids return tbh I’m here for it when I get to New York imma definitely gonna go and explore the club scene.

1. Nikita in her jail era ?

On Monday, November 7, beauty YouTuber and Hype House star Nikita Dragun was arrested at the Goodtime Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida, after splashing water from a water bottle on a police officer. The police were called to Dragun’s hotel room after complaints of Dragun “walking around the pool area naked” and causing a disturbance when asked to stop, TMZ reported. She was arrested for “felony battery on a police officer, misdemeanor disorderly conduct, and misdemeanor battery” and was taken to Miami-Dade County’s Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.

On November 8, she appeared in bond court virtually, and a now-viral recording of the proceedings revealed that Dragun, a trans woman, was confined in the men’s unit of the correctional center. In her bond hearing, Dragun asked judge Mindy Glazer, “Do I have to stay here in the men’s unit, still?” to which Glazer responded, “Yeah, I don’t make the rules up there.” Dragun posted a $5,000 bond and was released from jail. “The situation with Nikita, who is legally female, being placed in a men’s unit of a Florida jail is extremely disturbing and dangerous,” her publicist Jack Ketsoyan said in a statement to Miami’s Local 10 news. “This decision made by the Miami-Dade County Corrections Department directly violates their protocol, which mandates that transgender inmates are classified and housed based on safety needs and gender identity. Nikita has been released and is now safe.

2. Did Selena Gomez passed on being the lead of Camp Rock for Demi Lovato ?

The lead was originally offered to Selena, but she turned it down to let Demi Lovato take the lead.

“I’ve never really said this story but they offered Camp Rock to Selena,” David said in a resurfaced 2020 podcast interview with Wildchat Sports. “And she knew that if she passed on it, Demi would get the part.”

He continued, “So, she passed on it, which was very nice to do. And they were friends. They were on the show Barney together.”

The 2008 Disney Channel original movie, which followed a group of teens heading to summer camp to work on their music, also starred the Jonas Brothers and received a sequel two years later called Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam.

A year before the follow up film was released, Demi secured her own Disney Channel show, Sonny with a chance in 2009. As for Selena, she starred as Alex Russo in Wizards of Waverly Place from 2007-2012.

Although Demi and Selena were childhood friends, they’ve drifted apart over the years, with Demi revealing that she no longer spoke to the “My Mind and Me” singer.

“When you grow up with somebody, you’re always going to have love for them,”But I’m not friends with her.”

4. Shane Dawson’s return to the makeup World ?

Shane Dawson has returned with his latest YouTube docu-series, The New World of Jeffree Star, and the first episode details how the controversial pair were set to collaborate on another eyeshadow palette that ended up getting scrapped.

The Cancelled World Of Jeffree Star and Shane Dawson features footage of Shane in the present day answering questions from his friends and family, interspersed with footage from early 2020 featuring him and Jeffree as they set out to make another palette.

After the success of the Conspiracy collection that featured the Conspiracy and Mini Controversy palettes, Shane and Jeffree had actually planned to release a third palette but the whole thing was completely scrapped after Shane was cancelled for his offensive past videos and comments.

Me and Jeffree were going to do another palette, we literally made it,” current day Shane explains in the video. “We don’t have the finished packaging but we have the actual palette.”

“That was like back in February 2020, then obviously everything happened, and on top of that COVID and so many other things. I ended up saying, ‘Let’s not do this, you should take the shades, repurpose them if you want. It’s too much of a risk but I don’t know if I’m ever going to make anything on the internet ever again.'”

Shane then teases that he actually has the palette, and calls Jeffree to ask if it was ok if he showed it. In a voice note discussing the palette, Jeffree replies: “The irony of it all, the name of it, everything is just nuts. It wasn’t just a name, there’s so many double entendres and it’s so crazy looking back.” So what do you think will they put out a new collection who knows ?

The Story Of Hyperpop

Hyperpop is a loosely-defined music movement and microgenre that originated in the UK during the early 2010s. It is characterized by a maximalist or exaggerated take on popular music ,and artists within the genre typically integrate pop and avant garde sensibilities while drawing on themes commonly found in electronic , hip pop, and dance music.

Deriving influence from a varied range of sources, the origins of the hyperpop scene are most commonly traced to the output of English musician A. G. Cook’s collective PC Music and its associated artists like Sophie and Charli XcX. Music associated with this scene received wider attention in August 2019 when Spotify used the term “hyperpop” as the name of a playlist featuring artists such as Cook and 100 Gecs. The genre spread within younger audiences through social media platforms, especially TikTok.

The movement is often linked to LGBTQ+ online communities, and many key figures identify as transgender , non-binary , or gay. “Digicore” is a contemporaneous movement that is sometimes conflated with “hyperpop” due to its overlapping artists.

In August 2019, Spotify launched the “Hyperpop” playlist which further cemented the genre, and featured guest curation from 100 Gecs and others. Other artists featured on the playlist included Cook, Slayyyter, Gupi, Caroline Polachek, Hannah Diamond, Donatachi, ThatKid and Kim Petras. Spotify editor Lizzy Szabo and her colleagues landed on the name for their August 2019 playlist after McDonald noted the term in the website’s metadata and classified it as a microgenre. In November, Cook added artists such as J Dilla and Kate Bush to the playlist, which added confusion to the genre’s scope.

The genre began to see rise in popularity in 2020, with the prominence of the Spotify playlist and its spread within younger audiences on social media, such as on TikTok. Hyperpop albums like Charli XCX’s How I’m Feeling Now (2020) and A. G. Cook’s Apple (2020) appeared on critic’s 2020 end-of-year lists. Internationally, hyperpop gained notoriety in Australia, China and as Argentina and Spain, with Spanish speaking artists and producers delving into the microgenre.

In mid-late 2020, the social media platform TikTok saw a rise in the popularity of hyperpop songs, mainly being used on the ‘Alt’ side of TikTok, also called ‘Alt TikTok ‘.As of March 2022, videos with the hashtag “hyperpop” have accumulated nearly 400 million views on TikTok. Part of the reason the genre is rising in popularity across the platform can be contributed to the platform’s nature of favoring heavy beats that creators can dance to and make transitions. Creators have used hyperpop sounds in their videos to only further the genre’s rise across the platform in reaching millions of users.

While the first wave of hyperpop was a satire and homage to the genre of pop music, the second wave was a replication and homage to the artists included on Spotify’s hyperpop playlist, which divided the community. In particular, Charli XCX announced the death of the genre on Instagram.

Jessica Simpson’s Edible Cosmetics

Before there was Glossier’s birthday cake flavoured lip balm, there was a different sweet treat-inspired beauty brand on the scene.

Let us take you back to April 2004, when singer, actress, reality star, fashion designer, cuilnary connoisseur, and cultural icon Jessica Simpson launched Dessert Beauty by Jessica Simpson, a line of edible cosmetics, skincare, and perfumes.

Stocked at Sephora, the range consisted of body mists, lip glosses, bubble bath, shampoos, whipped body creams (with sprinkles included, natch), perfumes, body wash, and blush – all edible and all with ridiculous names like Deliciously Kissable Belly Button Love Potion Fragrance.

Banking on Simpson’s sex appeal, despite the target audience clearly being the sole demographic of young girls, Dessert Beauty was marketed in a hyper-sexualised manner more suited to flyers in a telephone booth. “Dessert girls are full of sweetness and desire and they don’t mind getting their hair a little messed up in the name of seduction,” the press release read. “Sexy girls want a Taste.”

Simpson and husband Nick Lachey promoted Dessert Beauty by licking themselves and each other all around town. “Very sensual products,” Lachey told a reporter for Ryan Seacrest’s show, “which I was fortunate enough to be able to taste test.” No thanks.

The reviews were not as sexy, however. One customer got a yeast infection from using the Butterscotch Toffee Body Wash – not sexy. Another user of the Deliciously Kissable Belly Button Love Potion Fragrance was followed everywhere by bees. Also not sexy.

After several lawsuits, the line was eventually discontinued although it remains forever in our hearts – and on eBay.

However, bringing ourselves back to prelapsarian 2004, for a moment, to an episode of Newlyweds where Simpson is shooting the campaign to launch Dessert Beauty. Simpson is being shown some of the products from the range, clearly for the first time, and has no idea about any of them. Upon being shown the Whipped Body Cream and told it’s moisturiser, Simpson responds, “so it moisturises huh?” We then watch as Simpson poses seductively with a cupcake, progressively being forced to eat more and more icing until she feels so ill she ends up crouched on the bathroom floor eating crackers her mother brought her.

The shoot is ultimately rescheduled after Simpson spends three hours throwing up. She is then taken home where she crawls into her apartment from the elevator. Nick seems relatively unconcerned. We then cut forward and find out Simpson went to a doctor where she was hooked up to an IV and told she had a “24-hour flu”… that or she was poisoned by her cupcakeh. We may never know.

Gaga was in her movie star era and shut down the Golden Globes red carpet in this custom-dyed lavender gown by Valentino Couture, and as a final touch tinted her hair to match, natch. The gown pays homage to the 1954 dress that Judy Garland wears in her version of A Star is Born.

At the 2010 MTV VMAS,

Gaga wore a dress made of raw beef, which was commonly referred to by the media as the meat dress. Designed by Franc Fernandez styled by Nicola Formichetti, the dress was condemned by animal rights groups, while named by Time Magazine as the top fashion statement of 2010.

September 12, 2010 VMAS

In a beautiful tribute to the memory of her friend and collaborator, the late Alexander McQueen, Gaga paired a gown from an unfinished final collection by the designer, with those iconic armadillos shoes (When I saw them shoes I always wanted a pair)
from McQueen’s Plato’s Atlantis collection.” She topped off the look with yet another Philip Treacy creation, this time, a gold feathered mohawk crown.

Z100’s Jingle Ball, 2008, Los Angeles

Inspired by ’80s design legend Thierry Mugler, the singer’s 2008 House of Gaga dresses bristled with origami shapes. Perhaps due to this handy homage, the star’s stylist Nicola Formichetti. Even tho it’s not the craziest looking outfit but when I was younger anytime I would draw Gaga I’d always draw this dress the shapes of it probably just stood out to me and plus she just looked to so iconic but gurl those shoes ew I don’t if this wasn’t Gaga I would have done a whole blog on these shoes disgusting Gaga disgusting lmao.

The Downfall Of Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus said her life “changed forever” after that now infamous performance with Robin Thicke at the 2013 MTV VMAs.

At the time, Cyrus was still best known for being a Disney star trying to shed her clean cut image, which she did overnight with a controversial turn on stage.

And so began the rebellious, weed smoking, scantily clad phase of her career, before eventually packing it in last year and and adopting a more mainstream pop persona.

“Not only was culture changed, but my life and career were changed forever…It inspired me to use my platform for something much bigger,”she told Wonderland magazine.

But where did this all start ?

In June of 2010 Can’t Be Tamed The evolution of Miley Cyrus was officially well underway after the singer released her single “Can’t Be Tamed.” The edgy video featured Miley transforming into a rare species of wild pop star bird that can’t be caged. “I think it definitely shows a change of what people remember me as, but it’s not trying to not be me,” she told MTV news.

Then in December that year Cyrus made headlines after a video of the star allegedly taking a bong hit and subsequently having what she described as “a little bit of a bad trip” appeared on the web around the time of Miley’s 18th birthday. While Camp Cyrus claimed the substance she was inhaling was salvia (a legal hallucinogen in the state of California), Miley still issued an apology for the viral video, which was reportedly leaked by her pal. “I’m not perfect…I made a mistake…I’m disappointed in myself for disappointing my fans”.

The Penis Cake…

The singer surprised her than fiancé Liam Hemsworth with an X-rated treat for his birthday: a cake shaped like a penis. While the racy cake was most likely a lighthearted joke in honor of Miley’s man, the actress apparently felt the need to pose with the penis-shaped treat a number of times with various angles. Of course, the suggestive pics were splashed all over TMZ.

The Chop

September 2012 The “We Can’t Stop” singer shocked the world once again when she chopped off her famous locks, opting for an edgy supershort ‘do, which created an endless amount of criticism. The pop star’s fashion also underwent an extreme transformation after her famous haircut, but she continues to defend her new look. “I’m going to change, I’m going to be different, I’m going to do what I want to do,” she told V magazine in a racy spread. “I chopped my hair and bought a pair of Docs and never looked back.” She once said “If you mixed white trash and Chanel, that’s me,” she told MTV. “That’s my ultimate look.”

June 2013 She dropped her “We Can’t Stop” Music Video Miley fully unveiled her scandalous side when she released the video for her single “We Can’t Stop.” The mind blowing but iconic music video features the singer twerking with teddy bears, shaking her butt for the camera and spanking her pals’ rear-ends, all while sporting equally-shocking attire. Safe to say the gal’s grown up.

All I’m gonna say is when I saw this music video for the first time I replayed about four times my poor iPod touch was Cyrus out

August 25th 2013 It was the MTV VMA awards and that night a mega pop culture moment is about to happen and no one saw it coming.

Let’s all have a moment of silence in honor of Cyrus’ long-gone Disney image.

PS. Tbh Miley Cyrus will forever be the OG Disney Channel princess to me and honestly the Bangerz album she dropped that year is so good y’all need to listen to it

The Dark Side Of Barbie

First recorded as popular in Japan, a new trend for young girls all over the world is hitting YouTube to look like a Barbie doll.

The trend consists of applying makeup, doing one’s hair, and dress in ways as to resemble a Barbie doll. Young girls and women are posting videos of themselves on youtubein which they give advice on how to apply makeup and how to do their hair in order to look like Barbie dolls. This trend has apparently taken off and is becoming quite popular with certain girls being seen as the ‘better Barbie’ or more ‘popular Barbie’.

There are also websites dedicated to teaching girls how to look like Barbie and tips on how to take care of one’s body and hair in order to look more like the plastic doll. When searching the Internet it is easy for girls to find tutorials on how to master the look of Barbie and how to create ‘Barbie hair’ and how to achieve a ‘Barbie face’.

It is troubling that young girls aspire to look like Barbie dolls. First off, we all know how much criticism the Barbie dolls have received for their anatomically incorrect and impossibly super slim bodies. Secondly, Barbie has also received criticism for promoting unhealthy body ideals and influencing young girls into believing that the Barbie body is common and attainable and more attractive than their own. This is a troubling thought since, according to a news article in the Huff Post, Barbie’s height (if she was a living woman) would be 5’9″ tall, with and bust of 39″, a waist that is 33″, while she would wear a size 3 in shoes. Barbie would then weigh 110 lbs with a BMI of 16.24, which lands her in the BMI range of anorexic. Due to her anatomically incorrect body Barbie would have to walk on all fours. The same news article also stated that: “Slumber Party Barbie was introduced in 1965 and came with a bathroom scale permanently set at 110 lbs with a book entitled “How to Lose Weight” with directions inside stating simply ‘Don’t eat’”.

One might think that young girls understand that Barbie’s looks are unattainable and unrealistic, but do they really? This is not always the case. Some girls grow up to idolise Barbie to the point where they try to emulate her looks completely. Three real life examples are UK women Sarah Burge and Charlotte Hothman, as well as American Cindy Jackson. Burge had more than 100 cosmetic surgeries in order to look like a human Barbie doll. Hothman has spent over £10,000, while Jackson spent more than $100,000 on cosmetic surgery. All three women stated that their obsession with the Barbie doll started when they were young girls, and that they have always wanted to look just like Barbie.

It is quite disturbing that this trend has surfaced among very young girls. It appears as if the obsession with appearance in young girls is getting more and more severe, especially now when some girls are attempting to attain a specific body weight and size that is constructed for nonhuman objects. It does seem as if the obsession with a certain appearance is indeed reaching younger and younger girls. It is important to care for one’s health but an excessive fixation with one’s appearance does seem unhealthy in regards to the expectations placed on these young girls. Since no person is perfect (and what is perfection anyway?) this type of fixation with beauty can probably only lead to unhappiness and body dissatisfaction in the long run.

There is tremendous diversity in terms of body size, shape, height, and overall appearance among women. Some women are naturally very slim, some are very curvy, some have large breasts, some have smaller breasts, some are short and some are tall. In short, there is no limit to the ways that women look. What the Barbie ideal is perpetuating, however, is one type of body, one that is anatomically impossible, and one that is anorexic. Idealising the body of Barbie also trivialises and glorifies the eating disorder anorexia, a disorder that millions of girls and women suffer from, and that many also die from.

It seems that the obsession with appearance and a certain type of beauty has gone so far as to now include the fixation with impossible to reach and inhuman beauty. Now more so than ever, young girls are on diets and are very unhappy about their body size and appearance. Many of these young girls are being taught that appearance and beauty is more important than any other characteristic or trait.

We find it inappropriate that young girls are being displayed this way on youtube (even if they post these videos themselves) and we do believe that this new trend is damaging to young girls’ self-esteem and body image since it promotes a distorted idealisation of the female body while perpetuating the notion that one’s body is never good enough. Young girls should not be compared to dolls. Seeing the above facts make it even more disturbing that Barbie serves as the perfect ideal when it comes to girls and women’s appearance.

#1 What’s Happening ?

Y’all I’m bored and I have some free time to do a Daily Mix blog it’s where I talk a little about different things that happened or is going as we speak but imma make this one short because I’m about to leave to go see that new Halloween movie.

2. Ayesha Erotica’s Music Has been REMOVED From Spotify?!?

I was on Spotify and some of Ayesha’s songs were appearing as not being available. Like, most of the Big Juicy album is gone and one from Barely Legal is gone. Did she remove them herself ? It’s probably some 15 yr old wannabe who pretends to be her and uploads songs periodically so its like shes “releasing them”. i think she also chooses not to upload her lesser known songs too but this is so annoying 90% of the time when I’m on Spotify I listen to her and it’s annoying now that there’s all the shit songs are left on it. I started to noticed about a week ago that some of her songs we’re removed from my playlist and I was shook I thought there was something wrong with my phone or something but I’m pissed it’s annoying I guess I’ll have to go back to SoundCloud or YouTube to listen to my problematic queen.

Some of her songs are showing up but you can’t play them but a lot have just been wiped removed completely 😦
Like Spotify gurl fix this or someone pretend to be her again I need theses masterpieces back !!!

4.Rihanna’s New Song ‘Lift Me Up’ Pays Tribute to Chadwick Boseman

It’s finally here. After a years of waiting, begging, and nagging, Rihanna has blessed us with new music at last. Her latest is “Lift Me Up,” the lead single from the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack a grand comeback fit for the superstar and mogul.

The uplifting, emotional ballad is meant to be a tribute Chadwick Boseman, the late and beloved star of Black Panther whose loss has been deeply felt by fans and fellow actors, especially his former co-stars in the Wakanda Forever cast. The song was written by Rihanna. And it’s so good like I’m so happy she’s back because I missed her it’s such a peaceful song I love it while some fans are disappointed but I find that dumb like stfu Riri is back just be happy that she’s alive , healthy and living her best life plus being a new momma.

Kim Petras (the new pop princess)

Kim Petras was born 27th of August 1992 is a Trans German singer and songwriter based in Los Angeles. Between 2016 and 2020, she released music as an independent artist under her own imprint, BunHead Records, before signing with Amigo and Republic Records in 2021.

Petras began recording music as a teenager, releasing her debut extended play One Piece of Tape in 2011. She independently released her debut international single in 2017, “I Don’t Want at All”, which went on to top several viral music charts on Spotify. The song was followed by Billboard charting singles “Feeling of Falling” with Cheat Codes , “Heart to Break “, and “1, 2 ,3 Dayz Up” featuring the late icon Sophie.

Following her early success, Petras released a collection of digital singles which would later comprise her unofficial body of work known as Era 1. Petras released her debut album Clarity , on 28 June 2019.The record was preceded with a nine-week-long promotional campaign, during which Petras released one single per week with an accompanying visual lyric video. Clarity received acclaim from music critics, reached number seven on the Heatseekers Chart and number 26 on the Independent Albums chart. Following this, Petras released her second studio album, Turn off the Light (it’s literally a fucking pop masterpiece) in October 2019. In 2020, Petras saw further success with her songs “Malibu” and “Broken Glass”, the latter being a collaboration with Kygo.

In 2021 Petras signed with Republic Records and released the 7-track EP Slut Pop in 2022 (another masterpiece). *Fun Fact for the release of Slut Pop Kim wanted to see what her fans thought of the ep and told her fans to go on Omegle yo tell her what we thought of it and also a chance to meet her well the week it came out I had covid so I was at home in bed for that whole time I grabbed my iPad and went straight onto Omegle two hours in and no sign of her but there we’re so many fans on at the same time it was funny because we all thought she was trolling us but I tweeted at her asking her where you at Kim and boom next morning I woke up to a notification saying Kim Petras is now following you and also she liked my tweet I was crying lmao I love her sm.

Later in this year Petras released the single “Unholy” alongside the great Sam Smith. It marked Petras’ first number one single on the UK Singles Chart and on the Billboard Hot 100. It even hit number one in the US charts too.

Petras is a pop singer who also makes EDM, dance pop, electropop and bubblegum pop. She credits the late 1990s and early 2000s pop scene, as well as 1980s Italo Disco , as the primary basis for her sound. Petras describes herself as a ‘Kylie Minogue stan first’, citing Minogue as a key influence to her sound as a pop artist. Petras’ other inspirations include Katy Perry, Cher, Lady Gaga, Beyoncé, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Madonna and the Spice Girls,as well as Boy George, Debbie Harry, Queen, Freddie Mercury, Judy Garland. In an interview, Petras stated that “To me, pop music is an escape from my problems. I can put on my headphones and listen to it for three and a half minutes to forget about everything that’s bothering me. It’s always been that way for me. I feel like pop definitely saved my life in so many ways.”

Following the release of viral hit ‘Unholy’ with Sam Smith, Kim Petras has announced that she’s gearing up to drop a brand new single. Called ‘If Jesus Was A Rockstar‘, the track follows Kim confirming that she has scrapped the album titled ‘Problématique’ (girl imma definitely gonna be writing about that very soon).

Kim Petras is the blue print of what Pop Princess she be like she can sing , dance , put on a show , kind , funny , iconic, style icon and looks damn good while doing all of that. Plus I think it’s also to do with the fact anything she drops or is featured on is a bop and a masterpiece so I can’t wait to see what she drops next.

Gaga’s Meat Dress !

It has now been over 14 years since Lady Gaga first hit the scene with her “Just Dance” video, the start of her constant effort to shock fans with extravagant outfits, behaviors and stellar musical abilities, which she has honed throughout her time in the spotlight. The peak of her outrageousness was in 2010, when she showed up at the MTV Video Music Awards wearing a meat dress, as well as a hat, boots and a purse made of raw beef. Now on display at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the outfit was designed by Franc Fernandez and is still hailed as a historical fashion statement.

“It’s certainly no disrespect to anyone that’s vegan or vegetarian,” Gaga told Ellen DeGeneres , who herself is vegan, in a interview. “As you know, I’m the most judgment-free human being on the Earth. It has many interpretations, but for me this evening it’s saying , ‘If we don’t stand up for what we believe in, if we don’t fight for our rights, pretty soon we’re going to have as much rights as the meat on our bones.’ The meat dress was intended as Gaga’s protest against the US military’s Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell policy on sexuality, which was still in effect in 2010. Prior to changing into the meat dress, the singer walked the red carpet with gay veterans as her guests.

Gaga’s Vogue Japan cover image leaked, PETA released a statement regarding Gaga’s meat dress, saying, “Wearing a dress made out cuts of dead cows is offensive enough to bring comment, but someone should whisper in her ear that there are more people who are upset by butchery than who are impressed by it.

Gaga won a total of eight VMAs that night, including video of the year, best female video and best pop video.

The whole dress even the bag , the shoes and even Gaga’s teenie little beret were all made from Argentinian beef, bought from the go-to butcher of Franc Fernandez (who originally hails from Argentina) in Los Angeles. Because of the material, there was no time for an actual fitting, so the first time Gaga put it on her body was actually at the VMAs .

Tbh iconic pop culture moment that no one will ever forget so GAGA you slayed bestie ❤

Do We Like Low Waisted Jeans ?

In fashion, the demise of skinny jeans is now old news The style to replace them in 2022? That early 00s favourite: low rise jeans.

Now, as then, it’s a case of the lower the waistband the better. Models Emily Ratajkowski and Bella Hadid and singer Dua Lipa have been wearing baggy low rise styles since last summer, often with a yard of exposed midriff. And that other styling trick last seen in the 00s – the ‘whale tail’, or wearing low jeans with the strap of a G-string visible – is back too. Lizzo and Kim Kardashian have experimented with this look. Ratajkowski, and fellow models Kendall Jenner and Emily Fox have all been seen trying out ‘thong jeans’. Rather than jeans worn low to show the wearer’s underwear, these have the straps pre-sewn into the waistband.

It’s not just celebrities. Searches for low rise jeans are up 58% year on year on global fashion shopping platform Lyst. On resale app Depop, searches are up 36% in the last three weeks. Asos, which sells thong jeans, predicts low rise jeans sales to increase this year.

The trend is part of a wider interest in Y2K style from Gen Z. Alexander McQueen debuted his so-called bumsters in 1996 – trousers worn so low that the top of the wearer’s bum cheeks were exposed – while Tom Ford’s Gucci had visible thong straps, and sometimes just thongs, on the catwalk around the same time. By the early 00s, low rise jeans were worn by celebrities including Keira Knightley, Jennifer Lopez and Destiny’s Child, and the whale tail was on the red carpet, worn by Christina Milian and Pamela Anderson. Low rise jeans are proving popular because of the resurgence of the early 00s,” she says. “I think of Paris Hilton and The Simple Life, Jennifer Lopez and Keira Knightley’s red carpet moment.” Morgane Le Caer, content lead at Lyst, agrees. “From tube tops to velour tracksuits, trends from the 00s have been making a noteworthy comeback among Gen Z shoppers and TikTok users,” she says “so it was only a matter of time before low-rise jeans made it into their wardrobes.” To get the look, Tehrani recommends searching for brands Miss Sixty, Von Dutch and True Religion on vintage apps and sites. Whether or not low rise jeans will continue to grow as a trend, and eclipse other denim styles, is still unclear. “The question is – will low-rise jeans take over high-rise jeans in 2022?” says La Caer. Tehrani thinks not – because they do not have the same mass appeal. “As much as low rise jeans are iconic, they are definitely a statement piece,” she says. “They are more daring to wear and harder to pull off compared to a classic high waisted fit. I don’t think low rise jeans will become the dominant denim style because they are not made for all body shapes.” So do you love or hate low waisted jeans let me know.
